I ordered a Polo shirt with 4 different…

I ordered a Polo shirt with 4 different known logos on them, forever Jack had already in the past supplied polos and hoodies with the same logos on them.
However when I received polo top one of the logos had been embroidered in a wrong colour. When I emailed about this there reply was “ I done it in white instead of gold because I thought it looked better ! “ No a logo is a logo for a reason and you don’t just change it because you think it looks better.
Having then asked for a replacement as this was intentional and not what I’d ordered I was told…..No I can’t replace it I’m to busy.
Very poor customer service and won’t be using them again.

In response …… you were very aware of the logo colours as you have done these logos before, these are recognised governing body logos therefore it’s unacceptable to just change the colours of them because of your opinion.
As this order was incorrect any reasonable business would have had the decency to re-print the shirt, not fob it off with ( exact wording ) I don’t have time to re do it !

Thanks for your feed back; You seem to have a bee in your bonnet over a wrongly coloured logo. All the logos on your shirt were white. To place one bright yellow one would have looked odd. Having said that, we accept our error but at no point did you specify the colours of the logos on your shirt or indeed that they needed to be exact. Also let's be clear here, we never said 'we are too busy' we actually said that we had fitted your polo in before commencement of a bigger order. We did this as a favour to you as you had been waiting a while. The machines are now committed to continue that bigger order making it difficult to run another for you. There is also the issue of missing information here; you know, the bit where we apologised for our error and offered you a FULL REFUND. Then there's the bit where you indicated that you need the top and would accept a 50% refund and would keep the polo shirt. It's a fact of the digital era that entitled people only post comments that make them look better. I mean, why let the truth get in the way of a good old rant. We are a small business, our margins are small and to replace your shirt would have resulted in a 200% loss. A refund in these circumstances is the only financially viable solution for small business. 'OH & BTW its 'Im TOO busy, Thanks for not coming back to us.. we do appreciated your business and hope that your next supplier will put up with you and & your entitled attitude for as long as we have. My go to source for all gizzitry for Jack and Jenny.

I've used Forever Jack many times over the years because they provide great products and great quality. If you want something different just ask, they couldnt be more helpful. Always new ideas on their website to remind us that we were once part of the best Navy in the world. Some stuff might take a while because its made to order but I've never been disappointed. A very satisfied customer who will be back shortly. BZ Shippers.

In line with our company policies outlined clearly on our site, all items are made to order and as such we ask for 21days for delivery. Your deadline for delivery is still 3 days away and given the current situation with national deliveries I think we can be forgiven for any delay. Had you let us know that these items were a birthday gift we would have course prioritised the order accordingly. We did also email you on the 31st Oct informing you of progress, this was followed by an update email on 1st Nov @1445hrs (check spam). that said your order is actually on the way and will reach you in good time for the birthday which I believe is on the 26th Nov - Wish your husband happy birthday from our team.
