Well I was generally disappointed with the quality of processing. I am guessing that since it was my first time that it was mainly my error. However, I wouldn't order prints again. I will continue to search for an online print place and see how it goes. My daughter was equally disappointed. I printed photos from our 2025 Italy trip and I will not use most of them. Once again I was new to this site and so I am sure I made mistakes. I am also used to being able to order different sizes and I think 4 by 6 is it.

Software & support great -however
Software and support are excellent. Cost of product & printing is getting way too high. Been disappointed with the last several included crops…. Used to learn some great lessons-now it’s more pushing featured products that you “need” to buy. The content from the free kits have been a big disappointment… not sure the last time I D/L any or the Fri Freebies.

Best Customer Support team ever
Recently sent in several rolls of APS film for digitization. Most rolls had been developed, but not all. FOREVER customer support reached out by text to let me know that a few of the rolls I sent had never been developed and thus could not be digitized.
They were so kind and suggested that when looking for a developer, to also see if the developer could produce the digital file as well vs having to do that separately.
FOREVER isn't just about taking your $$. They are ultimately about helping YOU preserve your precious memories!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Mixed review
The order was earlier than expected, that was nice. The books are usually very good quality. This time, one book was fine but the other had a printing issue where fine yellow lines ran across the lower part of each page. I have notified Forever and hopefully that will be resolved soon. I appreciated the 50% off sale.

I think the boxes should be reusable. New plastic envelopes could be mailed in an envelope and used to pack an existing box.

The final product when it arrived was…beautiful
The final product when it arrived was absolutely beautiful. The book was very professional looking and wonderful. However, the platform is not user friendly at all. It required help from the consultant in order to do any portion of. the work. She sat by my side for most of the time i worked so that i could get the book made. I'm glad to have used the platform but am not certain that I will ever use it again as it was so difficult to use.

I love this product
I love this product. My picture books always turn out really nice as long as I am diligent and make sure I haven’t made any errors in spelling, etc or left text boxes that I don’t want on the page. I do wish the software was a little bit more intuitive. I feel like I need a class in how to use it.
