Can someone from this company's support respond? They only send advertising and do not respond from support!

I am STAYING AWAY, Thank you guys for all your honest reviews and I was about to get their instant funded account for 1600 I am so glade come here to check them out first and that safe me from falling into this.

I believe that this prop firm is likely to be a scam based on my experience with them.

Bad company. I've been waiting for the first payment since August, the second since Christmas. Support doesn't respond to my questions. I don't recommend it.

It is a Fake, Fraudster prop firm; keep away; it is just taking money from you and will never give what you earn. They are making false accusations of copy trading and not paying a penny.

Bought an instant funded accout, made profits on the account and in December, while I was away on vacation the account got deactivated. The support is so crappy that when I asked, the response was a very defensive one and without solution. I have not only lost the fees paid but also the profits earned from trading was also lost. The initial target to withdraw profits was 3% and then they increased it to 5%

I passed all challenges and waited for payout. I sent emails after emails and nothing changed. I went to check my account, and my account has been BLOCKED! lol This company is here to rob traders. They will never ever pay you. Their Discord Channel is fake. They have no cx service. PLEASE find another prop firm and save your money no matter what promo they are having.

I have been waiting for over two weeks now for my pay, and they have denied me with no good reason. I have so much trusted this firm, and now I'm regretting it because they have let me down and refused to pay me. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I recommend PAIVA. They do pay.

Hello guys 24% 1 star rating just ridiculous. Here to add my bit. I have never seen any prop firm giving 50% discounts consistently like this one. Wish I had read these reviews before because I would have never sought my challenge. Too many problems. I bought a challenge passed it. There reviewed it and then failed me saying that it was because I placed to many trades. There have this rule saying you can place only one trade and 1 or 2 more if your strategy requires it. Then they tell you. You can place no more than 50 trades in 24 hours. Confusing. My advice stay far far far away. Even if they offer 100% promotion do not get involved with this prop firm. I believe this prop is on its way out if they continue doing what they are doing

I’ve been with this prop firm for a while now, and my experience has been nothing but frustrating. While they are quick to take your money for funding challenges, they seem to have no intention of following through when it comes to payouts after your account is funded.

Despite meeting all the requirements and successfully completing their challenges, I’ve been met with complete silence when attempting to withdraw my profits. Numerous emails requesting updates on my payout have gone largely ignored, with only a couple of responses that provided little help.

Initially, my payout request was rejected due to "large position size with no proper risk management," supposedly violating their T&Cs. However, I was never notified about this beforehand. All my profits were withdrawn, and my account was reset to the initial amount. I resumed trading, made a profit of $1,000, and requested a payout of $500, which was finally credited to the website wallet after 12-14 days. The next step is to request the payout via your preferred withdrawal method.

Now, I’ve been waiting for over 28 days for my next payout, having requested it via Rise or another method. After multiple emails, I received only two or three responses, stating they pay on the 1st and 16th of each month. Later, they claimed there were delays, and now, over a month later, I’m still without my payout.

Additionally, I suspect the reviews on Trustpilot are manipulated. After passing their challenges, they push traders to leave positive reviews in exchange for a $25,000 prop account. It seems the firm prioritizes promotions and upgrades, but actual payouts are close to zero. From my experience, their payout claims appear to be a scam.

This firm is eager to collect fees but fails to deliver on its promises to traders. Buyer beware: They will take your money, but don’t count on them paying out your earnings.

If you’re thinking about joining this firm, beware—you may never see a payout from your funded account. This has been a harsh lesson learned for me, and I hope others can avoid the same disappointment.

When I attempted to contact customer service to resolve issues with my account and discuss my losses, it took days to receive any form of response. The support team is unhelpful and often brushes off serious concerns. I feel completely ignored and neglected. Summus Boom treat customer better.

If you buy any package from this firm, it's at your own risk. This is a sincere review, I have nothing to gain in saying anything negative about them but it's my experience with them. I bought a 10k package and passed the evaluation stages. What actually attracted me to them was their attractive offers not knowing it was all a scam. They promised(90% :10%) profit share, refund of your capital at first withdrawal and 10% return on your evaluation accounts. They got me through this. I never had any issue until it was time for withdrawal, they kept me posted for over a month saying they were building a new dashboard but encouraged me to continue trading which I refused. They later asked me to place my request again which I did and they promised I would get paid in 3 days but unfortunately nothing came. Their customer care is very poor, you get replied to often after 48 hours. They sent me a message to review them with 5 stars wit a bountiful promise which I refused since I had not known them. when I continued to press them too much to be paid they said my payout was disqualified and my account was inactive for more than 30 days so I lost my bonus, refund, payout and account too. I have made several appeals to them but to no avail but they keep doing attractive promos to attract unsuspecting traders. This is a call to all, not all that glitters is gold. Forexpropfirm is a scam. You can see that they don't reply to reviews and have zero presence on discord. They have a telegram channel for promos not for feedback. I advise that Trustpilot take them down. Scam!

Totally scam prop firm, They are not paid to trader, also reject payout, closed account without reason, ban from Discord if you ask for payout. I have also expose this prop firm on my You tube Channel how they are scam with proof. My payout already on dashboard but not received, so every section of this prop firm you are in scam.

By far the worst prop firm ever! I bought an acount from them and I never received the credentials of the account. Contacted their support team several time no answer back! Stay away from them SCAM ALERT

I have passed ph1 ph2 without any issues. I had a 100% winning rate.

After multiple follow up. They just give bull shit reason n make you daily saying risk management. Why the %% you state 12% max drawdown

They don't honor either your funded account or payouts. I hv seen others reporting on payout issues on twitter.

I strongly advice not to buy any challenges with firm even if they give 95% discount as their only intention is to scam ..

I don't know either the other positive reviews paid or not but this firm is totally scam.
They rejected my 11000 payout 2 times because of risk management policy.
The scene was that i had made profit on 50k live account with 2 standard lot. Why I'm using funded account if I'm not allowed to use 2 standard lot on 50k account inspite the fact that
they told me that you are allowed to use 6 standard lot.

Just stay away from them.

Checkout the reviews on GoldenOptionTrading - same old scammers. Their small print gives them away as FPF Technology LLC whose VP seems to be JD and President NF. This pair of fine gentlemen obviously own FPF and will be looking for another enterprise soon when this one falls by the wayside. I have alreeady reported FPF to Tustpilot and will bring this to their attention for their current investigation. Their copy-cat website even claims to have a 5 star Trustpilot rating - what a laugh.

60 Days No Response from Support. It has been sixty days since they rejected my payout request and they will not answer any emails from me.Other customers are having the same problem and will ask about this in discord. They will removed the questions and put the person in timeout. I have been put in timeout 10 times. The only response you get from the discord group is email support and wait. DO NOT USE THIS PROP FIRM.
