While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

FORGE is a web design and software studio in Bedford, UK. We build fast, search-ready websites and the software behind them for local businesses, from barbers and restaurants to marinas, hotels and resorts. Our sites are built to rank in Google and to take bookings, enquiries and orders on your own website, not through a directory that keeps the customer and the review. Every site is held to the same standard: a small set of typefaces, a fixed colour system, careful spacing and quick load times, so it looks considered on a phone and on a wide screen alike. We use AI throughout, and we are open about it. It lets a small team deliver work that used to need a much larger budget, with AI-assisted enquiries, appointments, table reservations, room and marina bookings and ecommerce built in. You can work with us in three ways. Download FORGE desktop for Windows, the app we build every site with, and use it with your own AI subscription. Choose a Site plan and our developers build and maintain your website for you. Or take Studio, where we run your content, campaigns and pages and help you win direct bookings back.
