Fine tools
I have purchased multiple tools from you all and every one of them is beautifully crafted and excellently forged. The draw knife, slojd knife and carving hatchet are particular joys to use on finer work, that feeling of getting a perfect shaving to curl off of a piece, ahhhhhhh. Most recently I also ordered a set of bent gouges, including a 50 mm blade, perfection. These are future heirlooms. Thank you.

Awesome service and superb tools
Awesome service and superb tools! They are attentive and polite, and I felt that they wanted me to have the most useful tools for my craft, not just anything I ordered. The package was greatly protecting the edge, although I was surprised that there was not a leather guard on it, just some tape under the foam and bubble wrap, so I had to make my own guard. Even before the first gouge arrived, I’d already placed another 3 orders for 10 additional tools in total. Serhi and Zanna, and the rest of the team, thank you. a bit disappointed
Was disappointed with the quality of the workmanship. Presume the blade was glued into the handle? Anyway, there was a hard black material that must have flowed onto the blade when it was glued to the handle. Did get it of using a small chisel. Attention to detail would have caught that. I have big hands and the handle is on the small side. Had to use a tape type material that I have to build up the handle so I could hold it. All things conceded especially the price I could not recommend this knife to anyone. Kind of felt cheated actually.

Don't judge a business by their mistakes, judge them by how they fix them, and boy these guys are exceptional in that instance!
Originally ordered through eBay and never received the item apparently it got delivered to Canada (I'm in the UK) :-/. No help through eBay and eBay decided to close the complaint and refund me. But that's not the outcome I wanted as I still wanted the tool I ordered. Feeling frustrated I went direct to their website and their online chat to see what they could do. They apologised intently and said they'd provide a big discount for me. I wasn't happy doing this as my first order never arrived so I asked if they could ship the item and I would happily pay on receipt. They agreed that trust needed to be rebuilt and agreed to send the item for me to pay when I get it. Fast forward to today, I received the item and some unexpected wonderful extras which were a very pleasant surprise indeed. I paid as soon as I could and I asked them to increase the amount I needed to pay as I wanted to give them a tip for providing exceptional customer service. I have very happily paid for the tool and I'm certain I will be coming back to these guys for more tools in the future.
Their customer service was exceptional, all the best guys!!!
