Ordering was simple and efficient although I knew exactly what I needed so I can't comment on how this would be if that was not the case. Once ordered I received regular emails and messages letting me know the status of my delivery. I was given a delivery date and the order arrived on time. Well packaged and spot on. A repeat customer who needs the reassurance of quality parts that do the job and have an OEM fit - that is why I buy from Forge.

Chased order after a few days as it was still saying processing. Automatically refunded half the amount and sent next day. Now that is customer service!!!

Quality is outstanding on everything I have purchased from a motorsport radiator, recirculating DV to carbon intake to my latest addition turbo blanket. Cannot be faulted what so ever! Customer service is even better and always more than happy to go out of their way to answer any questions. Dealt mostly with John, top guy!

Great quality, very well made, extremely easy to fit and sounds great on my Juke. I watched the video on youtube of how to fit the POV and had it all done in under 5 minutes. Very speedy postage to me here in Spain. Would highly recommend this product to anyone wanting to liven up their Juke.

My car needed a new diaphragm for the Forge actuator. Customer services were brilliant and the new part was sent out free. Received in under 24hrs. Can't fault this company and would highly recommend them.

Good quality item fix the fault vag waste gate problem I had with my vehicle.nice sounding dump valve and got nice keyring to full kit to fit to vehicles good instructions apart from no instructions with pressure control valve?? Fast delivery.many thanks marc

I have various Forge Motorsport engine products fitted to my Leon Cupra 1P.
The quality of the products are spot on, couldn't be better. It is a name you can trust.
All parts come with a very easy to follow fitting guide with pictures. Customer service is great as well, very quick to reply to any email enquiries.

Excellent website, easy to navigate between pages and the information is clearly written. Easy to find items either from the search bar or by looking up all items held for your vehicle. Free delivery in the UK is an extra bonus.

Quick response about any queries I had for the items that I was ordering and helpful that the correct items were brought.

I placed my order (just under £1400 worth) over six days ago and still waiting for something to arrive. Received great customer service to keep me up to date that most of all the items I had ordered are out of stock and now waiting 3-4 weeks till they are back in stock and then additional time while they are being delivered.

Looking forward to when all the items do arrive and installed to see how good they really are.
