This is my second order. The first was great. This time I ordered the wrong vase and quickly tried to amend my order but I had no replies from them after several emails. The price has doubled but zi was still willing to pay that price for my nephew but was just sent the wrong one.

Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service. Quick delivery too! The Vase and photo is stunning and excellent quality. This is the 2nd one I've bought as I wanted a change in vase colour. Such a unique idea for flowers for your loved one. It's just perfect.

Not great value
Arrived fairly quickly, but I find that the clear part that covers the photo on the outer part of the vase comes of very easily you would think it would click on to stop it coming off, so not very good for outside and not good value
