The app is extremely easy to navigate. And very user-friendly. Every time I have reached out with questions I have gotten an answer pretty punctually and the injections have been going great most importantly! I’m down almost 14 pounds and feeling really good!

I have been on this program for 7 weeks and have really lost no weight. I was on this program 11 months ago and in 6 months I lost 40 lbs, so after I had been off for 3 months I decided to go back. I fluctuate between 170-173. I just received my second shipment and am moving up in my dosage so hopefully I will see progress very soon. I have noticed an uptake in hot flashes. I clicked on an advertisement that showed $39/month and $149/month after that. I went through the process to see if I was eligible for a GLP1 medication. At no point during the intake process was there information of any additional pricing. I paid the $39 and later that day I received a notification that I was eligible and to log in to my account to checkout. At that point, after I paid the membership- I was then made aware that not only would I be paying the membership fee but also the prescription, which was anywhere from $149-199 per month. I immediately cancelled, and contacted customer support to request a refund and was told it was non refundable.

It’s okay, not particularly worth the value, if it was cheaper it would be, but the provider’s responses are mid at best. Not really there to make you feel like they care or check in on you. You just feel like a number. The weight loss has been working thus the four stars and I got what I paid for with the labs. But not that helpful of a recommendation nor even a dose to take for vitamin D deficiency, just told to go to my pcp.
