Hi. I found their phone number on google, after trying to email them for several days. Unfortunately for me, the tiktok platform said it was for one month of meds and not a fee for evaluation. Hers would not refund my money. They pretty much said they evaluated me and that's that, even though I cancelled within minutes of finding out it was not for product. My fault but it's still bad customer service.

There was a serious lack of transparency — key detail like dosage was not visible in the patient portal before the order was processed, making it impossible to make an informed decision. Response time was also misleading — it said 4 hours but took about 12.
I have requested a resolution, including a refund and clarification on their policies. If this is not addressed appropriately, I will escalate the matter further.

No Refund Even with Medication Reaction
I had a reaction to the hair pill and ask to replace it with the topical since I had only taken 3 pills and they would not refund me and switch to the topical. Very disappointing.
