Form.io is a top notch platform with great people who believe in customer service. Their toolsets and product offerings are broad enough to welcome self-service to non-coders as well as provide most anything a full stack developer might need. When we did run into issues (with a very customized build), they were always quick to help us resolve them.

Form.IO concept is simple but is a very thoughtful and powerful tool that helps in accelerating the development of software applications.

Formio is decent. A bit difficult to navigate for me.

Great tool for rapid data collection, flexible albeit not without limitations. We'd really appreciate if the tool was better integrated with React/Angular frameworks.

The architecture is great. Forms and submissions are held in JSON giving flexibility and power.

The google form provides a good platform for educators, SMEs and entrepreneurs alike to expand and reach out to their intended audience to learn what ticks and how their businesses, academics can improve.

However, unable to arrange questions in paragraphs does create a substantial disruption and distraction in the process. In my situation, I'm trying to create forms with exam questions that I can attempt on my own for personal revision. Many of my questions have bullet points which I am unable to apply and provide a clear illustration for myself. I intent to share my forms with like-minded individuals who will be going for the same exam, but they too will find the non-paragraph-able feature will be a deterrent to better understand the questions.

Form.io is a good product and useful for many people. We used the premium version and heavily custom components as well. We found a lot of issues with tools and when we brought these issues to the notice of teams they seemed to be not worried about them, especially CEO who only cares if you pay otherwise he is just a weird guy. I would recommend using its open-source version and making your own custom backend for peace of mind. Paid money was hardly any use for us.

The features are very good and a lot of options are provided.
I faced a few challenges while testing with the latest angular version

Lots of power, but not enough documentation and pretty poor support. Found a bug, verified by Form.io, they offered to fix but only with payment. Already on the enterprise plan.

I asked for help about a specific functionality in building a form and support answered in a very short time with a fully working tip.

This is a great a service. The documentation to create the forms was incredibly helpful.

There was obviously a tremendous amount of work as well as planning that went to the platform. I'm a developer and, honestly, I don't know that I could have pulled this off.
Looking at the source code that is available, the developer(s) have allowed for easy customization but also future design and function implementation. I should also mention the extensive safeguards that are in place with regard to security... very comprehensive.

I think Form.io is a good lib and contributes to build strong applications under low-code philosophy. Although the documentation for developers that want to contribute and extend the components is not enough and would be better.

Some of the features they claim to providing in there docs have issues and team is not fixing those.
e.g in there Datetimepicker it the timezone is not working for other options it always shows in viewer timezone.
Also there are issues with populating data programmatically to components.
we used the same way to populate data as mentioned in the docs. And we also tried with the latest build version. Issues are still there.
