Web pages on the site load very, very slowly. I prepared the 1099 with the options that I wanted, and clicked file with IRS. The page to pay came up and they added things I didn't want, such as mailing the forms. I attempted to edit my order, but couldn't get anywhere. I finally ran out of time and logged back on the site. I clicked on form status just to check, and after 20 minutes, the page still hasn't loaded. I don't know what to do, I still don't know if they actually filed it.

Company and website is fraudulent. They advertise that e-file will be sent same day if received before 8pm or within 24hrs. I also confirmed this with a customer service agent. 48hrs later, my 1099s have not been e-filed. Status still shows "processing." I called and agent said that it is because it takes the IRS 3-5 days to accept the return. She would not confirm whether or not the file was actually submitted. I told agent I wanted proof that the file was actually sent (my concern was not when it is accepted by the IRS, but if there was an actual file sent). I specifically requested e-file proof, including the federal submission ID number. Agent could not provide this. She actually had no clue as to what I was talking about. I am preparing an IRS complaint and will be contacting my financial institution to report in order to recover a refund for what I paid this company for services.

Great 1099 e filing solution. I filed about 1500 1099-Misc forms. It is very good for business owners and accounting firms. As I said, company can be one-person business as well as the CPA handling hundreds of clients.
