I do not advise anyone to buy anything in this store! This is a huge risk! This store is like a lottery, you can get the perfect furniture, or you can not! There is a huge risk of getting furniture and other second-class products in this store! I really doubt the authenticity of the products! The worst thing is that the store is very friendly when you order something, but if something went wrong, you will receive products with a defect, the store does not understand, they hang all the blame on you and brazenly accusing the transport company, which has nothing to do with it at all! The attitude towards the customer is rapidly changing, the store is not even trying to resolve this situation! The concept of respect for the customer simply does not exist!

We ordered a table and a sideboard (Devina Nais) from Format-store.com to be shipped to France. The contact with Format-store (in the person of Sergio) was extremely reactive and good. Unfortunately, Devina Nais do not use adequate packing for their products (nothing to do with Format-store!) and the sideboard had been damaged in the transport. Here again, Sergio and Format-store did everything they could to find a solution that was agreeable to all.
I would definitely recommend Format-store!
