Training was well organised from start to finish. The reading was sent out in plenty of time.
Shaun went at a good pace everyone had an opportunity to speak.

The tutor Shaun was amazing, he kept the subject free flowing, was very interactive, informative and provided masses of practical tools to enable us to go forward, not just with the theory of the subject but real workable tools that we could use to do the job... Very well structured and facilitated, especially as it was virtual. It felt as though everyone was able to share their views and opinions in an organised and open way.

I found the facilitator to be very helpful. He provided the information at a good pace. He facilitated discussions on the various topic points. Easy to follow.

It was easy to book the course and all course materials were sent in advance.

The Trainer, Shaun Douglas was experienced in completing Form F assessments and had a good knowledge of this subject.

The learning was through PowerPoint, case studies, Videos, discussion, Serious Case Reviews which all helped me to remain focussed and to learn.

Shaun was clear about expectations regarding time and being prompt and kept to time. Shaun is a skilled trainer who was able to include all candidates. Hew reflected back to us what we had said and referred to comments made previously. He was actively listening.

His style helped me to feel involved and the day flew by.

I have nothing to add apart from to say that I was impressed by Shaun and Sirius Social Care. I can recommend this course and will be checking what other training is available to improve my knowledge and practice.

Very enjoyable and informative course. Shaun presented the course material clearly and at a manageable pace, giving the group plenty of time to discuss the issues. The size of the the group was perfect and everyone was respectful of each other’s questions and views.
It was great that Shaun remained online at the end of the training for people to ask individual questions of him. Thoroughly recommend.

Brilliant course, well pitched to meet everyone needs. I’ve done the longer form f course before but this was much better. Money and time well spent. I would highly recommend it to my friends and colleagues

The course content was very clear and well put together. The trainer was excellent and took the time to acknowledge individuals throughout the course. The course was live & conducted via Zoom. Breaks are planned through the day.
