I felt supported the whole way through.
I worked with Kolhan over the course of several weeks to resolve a tech issue that was far too complex for me to address, and I couldn’t be more grateful for his support. Although it took time to work through all the layers, Kolhan was consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and professional throughout. He clearly knew what he was doing and kept me informed at every step. His calm, expert approach made a stressful situation so much easier to manage. I felt supported the whole way through. Excellent stuff
Formidable Forms Support is fast and friendly, if someone needs it, as the docs are full of code snippets, covering almost everything. The product, so far, is simply impressive. For every day things, you don't need to code at all, only if you want something "very" custom. Impressive product!

Above and Beyond Assistance. The response and assistance I received was above and beyond what I expected and very helpful. The assistance I received from Toyin was timely and specific to my issue. I was confused and don't have extensive knowledge with HTML. He actually made a short video showing me the customized HTML to input in order to get the results I needed for my registration form. The support staff is very helpful
The support staff is very helpful. Recently, we had an error with the plugin. The staff actively engage with us and was very helpful in resolving the issue. Turns of that it was a conflict with another plugin but we would never have found this issue if not assisted from Formidable Forms support. They really do stand behind their product.

Issue solved quickly
Although there is a big time difference, and the issue was difficult to replicate, he was very clear about what he needed to solve it, and I got a software update to solve the issue within 2 days.
