Terrible Support
I downloaded the app and it seemed complicated, so I canceled. Or so I thought. Then I find a charge from them for $62.99, and I immediately contacted their support to get the charge reversed and ensure my ‘subscription’ was cancelled. They replied that they couldn’t refund the $62.99. This similar issue has popped up with other apps and they were able to help and get any charges made the same day as cancellation reversed. That’s why Formula Care gets a 1 star from me.

Love they use measurements I use daily not metric system. Customer support is wonderful. Other food logging systems use an AI coach, which user can access 24/7 can be very helpful to users.
