The pounds are coming off…
This is an easy to follow program and includes a grocery list, recipes, input on what I can change with every meal to be more successful.
I weigh myself first thing every morning and notice 1 to 2 pound of loss daily. Eating healthier was my initial goal for signing up, but dropping pounds is a welcome bonus.
FYI…you must log all food, snacks and drinks, it helps keep me motivated and I appreciate the accountability!

Declined Refund, app never used.
I went through the prompts and added my info and credit card. I never finalized, or believed that I never finalized. I never got a confirmation email that I was subscribed. My credit card was charged a months subscription. I reached out to them, explained the charge and asked them to refund. The sent me an email and declined to refund.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR SERIOUS HEALTH FOCUS
There are so many wonderful options in the app. I love that you can navigate in many different dietary needs and preferences and it keeps you on track with nudges and options as you go throughout your day. There are Amazing Exercise Workouts that I wish I would have taken better advantage of. And so many recipe and meal plan lists to make personal choices and lifestyle easier. It works best when you stay very present with logging your information. I just found that for it to really benefit ME I needed to be more involved with my phone than I wanted to be all day. This is not a fault in the app at all just my needing to be more technically involved than I care to be. If you are good at multitasking and have time to put real focus into being proactive in your health goals I Highly Recommend.

I subscribed by mistake. I did not know I subscribed until I received a notification of payment from PayPal. I cancelled my subscription on your website and emailed your support and asked for a refund. I fully expected a battle. Nope, a prompt, friendly response that my money was refunded. Thanks!

I made a mistake
I made a mistake, I thought that I only ordered for 1 month. It turns out that it's a subscription which is payable every month.
I contacted the company and asked them to stop my subscription, must to my surprise and delight they responded next day with courtesy and professionalism and have canceled my account.
I have before had similar experiences
And have had to cancel my credit card, what a mess.

Much easier than I thought
Much easier than I thought. Last week, I did not log well since my Brother was in the hospital. Yesterday, he was transferred to rehab. Yesterday, my doctor gave me 2 shots to prevent Alzheimers (I slept 22 hrs so missed breakfast) & took my 2nd shot of GLP 1 Zepbound ,to also help in my weight loss. Meal planning is getting easier.
