They are a very professional and responsible company, making sure that your cargo is safe from the moment it leaves until it reaches its destination.They keep you constantly informed of everything and when a delay arises always explain the situation with respect and courtesy. It was a great pleasure to have trusted them I strongly recommended.

My husband wants to bring the rest of his things that are still in America to the place where we live, our house in Brazil, and the whole process reeks bureaucracy and seems to be very, very tiring. But talking to Valeria has been a breath of fresh air amid the craziness. She is incredible helpful, always available and helped me with my doubts, that were many. We haven't started the moving process oficially yet, but if my experience talking to Valeria is an example of how this company handle its costumers, I know that my husband's belongings will be in great hands.

Horrible experience and very bad customer service. My name is Andreas Foerster, my delivery was supposed to arrive 4th of August and is getting finally 13th of February.
During the process actually is a Company in Brazil handling all and they completly left me in the dark. It has been really horrible as also I have delt with 5 to 6 diferent people as they where leaving the Company. Don´t use this company.

Was not the original company that solicited for our move. The company had an undisclosed relationship with a 2nd part company that was not disclosed until a shipping contract was sent.

The American movers did not properly pack a $2,700 television or a crate that was destroyed during the move. The Dutch movers (otherside) laughed at how terrible the crating and item packaging was.

The moving coordinator failed to maintain and verify a checklist prior to the move of required documents. Thus a missing insurance document was never confirmed. I do have the original document, reason for loss of document is in dispute.

For insurance claim (now based on mass rather than value) is for approximately $600 and was only offered with a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

It was a good experience overall. The only thing I would recommend is to better the communication between the managers and the crew—as they didn’t have my cell phone number here in Brazil—and it took sometime for them to reach me, as they only had my cell number in the US.

5 Star Service, great team, everyone very professional and very helpful as well.
We moved from Florida to Spain and they help us accomplish that. A couple issues with the traveling, small damaged goods but even with that we got assisted and they were kind enough to walk us thru insurance claim. Let’s face it… it’s moving, not always goes perfect but we’re very happy with the service and definitely recommend to friends and family.

Everything went as planned and everyone I had to deal with was helpful and polite.

Great overall experience. The coordination was executed diligently, packing, pick up, delivery and unpacking was all done very professionally and efficiently. Apart from a short delay, there was only one surprise parking fee, delivery of my furniture was 2 hours early and compiled without damages nor scratch marks in about 3 hours.

I hired Formula GlobalMobility/Granero Moving to ship my belonging from OR to Portugal. The very first complaint was when they came up with an additional 4800.00 for weight overage even after we kept asking the movers if we were good on what we were taking. It took them 8 months to get our things on a ship 10.5 months to actually receive them! Along with another 7800.00 in additional fees storage & insurance and BS fee to get our things on a ship, which never happened! Use anyone but these people! After leaving 10 messages with Granero not 1 return call. I have had to file complaints with USDOT and the FL Attorney General! Both of whom have accepted my case!

Terrible experience. “Flying blind” Status.

We are moving from Houston to Miami and after 8 days with everything packed by them we still have no answers about what is the date of the arrival. The cost was 15.000.

The beginning of conversation with Regina and Patricia was kind and polite, the due date for the arrival would depend if they would have another moving in between, which is totally expected as we already moved a lot of times including from Brazil to US.

But they’ve said originally that would be from 2 to 7 days arriving in the destination but they’ve also stated that can be approximately 14 days - after 9 days - we still with no answer of the date of the arrival. Understand issues may happen but they lack proper management of expectations.

I suggest if you are looking for a moving company think better on choosing them.

Not a good service at all.

The experience at all was excellent. The only thing that could be better was the communication, and I had to ask for updates sometimes. I recommend.

I’ve recently had a moving done by Formula Global, from Hutto/TX/USA to Brazil. I was very satisfied from the beginning.They took care of everything, packaged all items well, and delivered all in the destination in timely maners. Regina and Dennis were very professional and efficient. They helped me with all my needs and questions during the process. I highly recommend Formula Global!

Everything was just perfect!! Patricia was very professional and efficient! She went out of her way to help me with all my needs! I recommend the company 100%!

Do not hire this company. I paid for “door to door services”. My stuff has not arrived in full. It was months late. Damaged, molded and inside the box in poor condition. They tricked me with keeping a very poor packing list and the boxes do not match the description. Do not send you the shipment details in advance and after you make notice about things missing, send $1600 invoices with reasons as “Demurrage” afterwards. They have not offered a solution for not loading my 722lbs tool chest with my equipment. They deny having it. And I also still don’t have my car. That costs extra afterwards as well. Reporting this company for scam.

Overall, everything was fine. Just a few remarks: the moving team was not wearing masks; the leader was not polite; I have been told that a container would be at my place to collect my stuff, but they ended up sending only a small truck.

I’ve had problems with a previous moving company and I was very anxious, but this time I was 100% positively surprised.

Overall I have been extremely please with this experience on both ends. Everyone has been incredibly professional and responsive, and my things arrived in Denmark on time and in good condition. I couldn't ask for better service!
