Abominable scam-like so-called service
Abominable service. They keep on offering refunds for my non-receipt of goods that were ordered and paid for, but they’ve now (conveniently?) closed down my supposed membership - which I never once requested anyway - and they’re using that as an ongoing excuse to not deal appropriately with my requests.

I don’t need this membership….
I ordered a package and until now I haven’t received it and every 14 days money is been pull from my account for membership and I clearly stated that I want a refund and want whatever membership to be terminated. I was sent an email stating that the termination is today and yet still money was pulled from my account. You guys are not truthful and I need to have my money refunded now.
