I have been trying to contact For Runner By Runners for over 2 weeks but I am not getting a response (twice by email, twice by phone).

Manufacturer advised to contact vendor directly. Original email sent 29th Feb 2020. No response. Called and left a voicemail. No response. Emailed again. No response. Order ID: ID26643

Seems to only way to get a response is to post a negative review.

Update 26th March: No replacement received from Saucony as of today.

Update 9th May: Replacement received from Saucony - thank you very much.

Good quality product, just what I was looking for

UPDATE: Have moved my rating up from 1 to 3 as goods now received. My main recommendation if using this company is to communicate via Facebook messenger. This achieved a much faster response than email, and their responses were helpful and friendly, vs nothing via email or phone. Once communication was established, the issue was resolved.

I have not received my goods, nor have I had any response from customer service. My money has been taken, but nothing has been delivered. 3 emails have been ignored so far, and no-one picks up the phone. I would not recommend using them.

Very disappointed with these guys. Money taken, nothing arrived and no customer service. They don’t seem to want to help with anything yet are more than happy to take your money. They ask for your order details so they can look into it but they never do and never respond after that. Judging by the other reviews they rip off a lot of people. Disgusting how they treat their customers.

Arrived in post yesterday within the time frame described on website. Fits well reflective strips and high vis colour will be great for running during darkness or early morning in low light conditions. Beanie would expand to fit most head sizes and wicks away moisture.

Awaiting email , contact by writing a review here but no communication since the response to my post.

I have ordered a pair of socks in September and had no contact despite sending 20 emails over the last four months. Money has been taken and no goods received. Unsatisfactory and reportable.

Still no correspondence on my socks, day 2 following my post on this site. Concerned that the positive reviews appear to be computer generated as they dont mention order numbers like all the bad reviews do... interesting.

Now we have engagement, I will track how long it takes for money to be refunded, still dont understand why these cant be delivered (please explain) providing a choice for myself as customer. Please email me back on the address provided on my 20 emails. Also please provide a timeline for refund , will keep this site updated on promptness of service and adjust rating accordingly, now raised by one star to two.

Sent me my shoes 3 weeks late, which I had to chase x3 times with no response. Finally received but needed to send back as I had already bought another pair as I needed them urgently. Told customer services about the issue and asked them to collect their shoes so I could get a refund/ send me a postage label. Someone with no customer service just kept replying "send them back" and then pointed to me a 14 day returns policy. No apology even given or assurance that if I send them back myself my postage will be refunded. I don't usually write reviews but this company is SO BAD. I am have asked to have my email escalated to a manager but again no response.

I purchased a pair of trainers before Christmas and unfortunately they did not fit. For Runners by Runners were very efficient, emailed to confirm they had received the returned trainers, kept me informed and refunded the amount promptly. Could not ask for a more efficient service.

They didn't respond to my emails since weeks. It says shipped on November 13, no tracking number, I suspect fraud and will involve the police if they don't respond by tomorrow as I will be in the UK.

Edit: My address is not unshippable, I receive shipments all the time. And yes, I got the refund after threatening with the police several times. Their domain is Identity protected, no proper business registration shown on their website and nobody answers the phone. Very fishy.

It’s been a month and I still haven’t received the shoes I ordered. I have had one Facebook message response and one email from them in this time saying they will look into it but nothing happens. They do not answer their phone or respond to voicemails. I have given them all the details, sent many messages by email and Facebook and yet I am nowhere. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE

Never recieved my swimgoggles and no response!!
I ordered a pair of swimgoggles on october 2nd, I am still waiting for them to arrive (October 22nd). I have tried to contact the business trhough email and telephone but I have recieved NO response.
I'm truly grateful that I haven't spent a lot more money through their website, as I would not be sure to get ANYTHING in return.

Body glide is the best thing ever .. I use it on holiday to prevent chaffing & I've never looked back since .. I've had many holidays ruined by chaffing but not since I've used this product .. great price from a great company & fast delivery ... would definitely recommend

Order never delivered...

Ordered a pair of running shorts a couple of weeks ago. Tracking system says 'order completed', but never received order at all. I've been trying to get in touch via phone and email but no replies... Very sad experience.

I placed an order nearly a month ago. I have received no contact, no item and the order now says 'pending'.. , with the item listed as out of stock on the website. The payment's been taken and I've had no contact, despite several clear and polite requests to cancel the order. Very dissappointed and wanting my money back!

Really poor experience. Ordered item on 11/9/19 and paid for 1st class postage, invoice stated delivery 13/9/19. Now over a week after ordering and item has not been received. Gave benefit of the doubt and emailed asking for an update, disappointingly this has not been responded to by the company. I suspect the item was not in stock despite being advertised as and they are waiting for it to come back in stock, which if the case is no good to me and pretty poor lack of communication on their part. And to not respond is simply rude.

Would not recommend placing an order with this company. You may be ok, but looking at the very mixed reviews it’s hit and miss. You’re safer ordering elsewhere.

Purchased a great product at a great price from Forrunnersbyrunnerrs. Website was easily navigated and delivery and product purchased were spot on. 2xu ghost is a premier product which always delivers. It is extremely light and comfortable especially when out for a run on a hot/humid day. Highly recommend Forrunnersbyrunners.

Incredibly poor, and wondering if the site is a scam?
I would strongly recommend not using their onlineshop.

I have got in touch with this company previously with a bad review. Its been almost 3 months now since Ive requested a refund. The reply back from my last review last month, was written by one of your colleagues who had apologised and processed this refund. However after checking my account there was no surprise - no refund had been processed. Why tell a genuine customer this information when nothing has been done? I continue to ask for this.
