Total scam. They charge you for no reason and the only way to get a refund is by writing a positive review. Stay away!

After some time, the issue I had with payments has been resolved and refunds should soon be completed.

Service was slow in the beginning, but they did eventually come to the table.

Good service but I don't know how I was signed up glad it's sorted out as it costing me money

An email inquiry, which I didn't recognize as fraudulent, led me to make a payment, thereby enrolling me in a subscription with automatic payments to a company I didn't know. Although I was able to cancel the subscription, the first payment had already been processed. I reported this fraud to the bank that issued my credit card, the bank handled the matter, and the debited amount was refunded to me shortly thereafter.

Thank you escalation team for helping resolve my issue.

We did not receive the products because we refused to first pay an additional charge of €8.30 and then a further €30 for a €20 product. Customer service responded quickly, but we did not get our money back.
