I recently had cause to reach out to Forstner for a customer service matter in relation to a purchase I made last year. The product was a komfit band which I have been very satisfied with. The response from Forstnerbands was exceptional and I felt worth noting on Trustpilot to reflect my personal experience.
Some of the poorest quality bracelets on the market. Nothing more to add.
Beware!!! Do not buy from Forstner England. They take your money - you never get your item! 🤮

By far he worst bracelet resizing I have experienced! Took me one hour to resize, If you don't have a very VERY high level of dexterity you wont be able to resize it, believe me I have a lot of experience with bracelet!
