Excellent customer service

I ordered a gift one week before a holiday and accidentally entered the wrong address. I also meant to select expedited shipping and I forgot. Customer service acted fast to fix the address and upgrade shipping. The pants arrived on time and I was so happy with them. Impressed with the excellent service

Awesome Fit!

I thought these were a bit pricey (which they are if you buy Levis like me. I dread shopping for jeans. Never, ever do i find something that fits. Either they are too long, too tight, too baggy, etc. I always have to compromise. Well- this fit perfect. I pulled them out of the box, tried them on and 30 seconds later was buying another pair. They arrived perfectly packaged and the quality seems amazing compared to the junk i was buying. You have a customer for as long as you guys are around!

Cheap low quality material

Already own a couple pair of sweat pants from forthefit and was quite happy. Ordered exact same garment this time but what arrived was far inferior fabric so returned and ordered another pair of slightly more expensive sweat pants hoping that I would be happier. What I received was again very poor grade of material exactly the same as prior order. More like pajamas than sweat pants. They don’t respond to inquiries and when went to return last pair learned that only store credit was available. Very unhappy with both quality and service. Would never do business with them again other than wasting my money
on some kind of garment to use my credit. Pure junk.

Sizing is inaccurate

Sizing is inaccurate! Pretty amazing for a company with this name! Buyer beware. A 28/29 inch inseam was over 30 inches, will never buy from them again. Luckily I opened to check before I wrapped for Christmas!

FAKE reviews on ForTheFit.com

Product reviews on their website are fake!!
After purchasing their sweat pants I found that a) sizes are poorly measured on their graph and b) quality of materials is misrepresented. Additionally, they seem to be running their business as a home business, but pretend to be something else.

DO NOT BUY! Bad product. Bad pricing. Bad everything.

If there were negative numbers I would…

If there were negative numbers I would put negative numbers. I have sent multiple emails to their customer support email and tried to use their chat. They do NOT want to speak to anyone nor help. I am trying to return a Christmas gift that did not fit. Yet, I have been waiting for days to hear from them and Per their policy, at this rate, I will miss their return policy deadline.

Unfortunately, I can NOT find my order # NOR does the site indicate what do do if one has lost or misplaced the order number. And it is not on my bank statement. Duh, how many people misplace order numbers during the holdiays?

Only now have I found out their lousy return policy. This is not the company that has stores across the US. Seriously, you only want to take people's money and do not offer TRUE support with phone service. I would get better customer service speaking to someone offshore.

I do my Christmas shopping early and…

I do my Christmas shopping early and because I placed my order on November 15th, I had to return within 30 days for a refund. Since the item wasn't opened until Christmas day, they won't refund my purchase. You cannot speak directly to a customer service representative. The only way to communicate is via CHAT and all responses seemed to be prewritten.
I WILL NEVER PURCHASE HERE AGAIN. TERRIBLE.

I made a purchase in November

I made a purchase in November. One of the items was on backorder. While I do not agree with their policy, I understood it and was willing to wait for all items to be sent together. After over two months, I sent an email saying "I made this order over two months ago. When will I receive it? Thank you." I received a page long email with pictures, highlights and red arrows stating that I agreed to their policy. I did, but they charged my credit card immediately and I was still waiting over two months for my order. I found it insulting that they took the time to send a full page response to a simple question of when will I receive my order that was already paid for. They also gave me a choice of ordering something else or placing two orders and spending more money. I did not want another product, nor did I want to spend more than I already did. I apologize for being unreasonable to ask when I would receive it after two months. No other company has a policy like this. They all ship the products as they come in stock. I cancelled the order and received a full refund. This company should spend some time looking into their products and policies and less time attacking customers who don't like laying out $150 for over two months without receiving their products.

The WORST "customer service" experience ever

The majority of the fake positive reviews for FTF that people are leaving on Google and elsewhere are definitely employees who work there and people who are their friends and/or related to them. And no wonder why they don't list their phone number and address anywhere, so that customers like me can't call and tell them verbally how unintelligent they are or know where to send a return (because the address to send returns to in FL is different than the one in NY they send their items out to customers from). First of all, For The Fit said they don't even do exchanges (the first I've ever heard of ANYWHERE that sells clothes NOT doing exchanges) when I only needed to exchange the style in the same size I bought for a tall guy. So you can only return and wait for a refund to happen if you're broke to place another order. Of course they don't pay for the shipping of what you need to be mailed back to you or have any prepaid return labels like how it should be in these modern times unless you want to pay $16 or more for their return shipping. As I mentioned before, the address in Bay Shore, NY that FTF sends their items to customers from is different than the address in Orlando, FL you have to mail returns to. The ONLY way you can find out the Orlando, FL return address is if you waste $16 or more of your money to use their "return" label, but to do this you have to know the EXACT weight in pounds, ounces and package dimensions or you CANNOT proceed to the next step. For The Fit is either just HORRIBLY behind in NOT doing exchanges and making returns streamlined and inexpensive like most places do or they do it on purpose to deter ANYTHING from being sent back to them so they don't have to give anyone their money back because ONLY profit matters to them. Instead of wasting $16 or more to return the tall mens pants to them, I needed to save money so used a USPS priority mail padded flat rate envelope instead which was about half the price to send the return. But again, I later found out you can ONLY find out what the Orlando, FL return mail address is if you waste $16 or more with the FTF return process on their website apparently so I mailed my flat rate envelope to the same address in Bay Shore, NY (which is the address on the package from FTF their items come in) because the FTF employee who emailed me waited until after I mailed the USPS envelope to NY to tell me that their returns address was in Orlando, FL. When I asked the FTF employee what that address was so that I could contact USPS to get the pants rerouted from NY to FL, they never told me what it was! Thank goodness the return was still accepted when it got to NY (the only good thing about this whole awful ordeal) but the refund took even longer. Not surprisingly though, this gets even worse. FTF deducted the $9 that I also paid USPS for out of my own pocket to ship the pants back instead of giving me my full refund of $71 so I paid for shipping twice and only got a $62 refund . What!? To top it all off, For The Fit posted my email (that contained all my personal contact info in it as well) I wrote them calling them out for everything and wanting to know why on earth would they deduct the $9 shipping that I obviously paid USPS for out of my own pocket (because the padded flat rate envelope is from USPS duh) in Google when I wrote a review about them there. No apology about anything from FTF of course. Give me my $9 back you thieves!
