This company is not good poor service…

This company is not good poor service before sign up they keep talking nicely and keep follow up and promise us that if we sign up and we don't like service so we can refund our deposit any time 100% refund but now i keep trying to contact them but no one responding and i emailed 10 times but no response.... they are scamers.

I dont like the high spreads

I dont like the high spreads. Especialy the spreads during asia opening hours.

Unexplain missing funds

Signed up in February 2024. Got assisted by Donald to set up account then assigned Maria N as account manager. Went well for a while, got regular call and email updates from. Platform easy to use although frequently had difficulties signing in. Went sour when I did a withdrawal a few months in and realized my balance went lower than it was supposed to. Enquired about it by email with my account manager and then the signup rep. They never responded to my queries therefore I stopped using the platform.

Official Complaint - Do Not Deposit Any Funds To Scammers

Dear Hisham

I am writing to formally challenge the compliance process followed by your company, which has resulted in the mis-selling of your trading platform product. The requirement to deposit funds for account verification is deceptive and coercive, violating FCA guidelines.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Hamaza. My valid UK driving license was rejected for address verification simply because it is over five years old. When I inquired about FCA compliance, Hamaza became aggressive and made inappropriate comments regarding my nationality , “I was inappropriately asked about my nationality, with comments such as, ‘You’re Indian, speak in Hindi,’ which is utterly unprofessional. Hamaza then went on to state that he is Pakistani and remarked that he could see my passport details, including where I was born. This behavior is entirely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about professionalism and respect.”

I was informed that verification would take 4-5 days, which is unacceptable , verification must instant via system.

Firstly, the requirement to deposit funds as a prerequisite for account verification is both unwarranted and deceptive informed by deauf. This practice appears to be a form of coercion, effectively blackmailing customers into committing financially without full transparency or consent. Such tactics are in direct contravention of the FCA's principles, which mandate clear, fair, and non-misleading communication with clients.
Furthermore, the manner in which this product was presented to me failed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the associated risks and costs, which is a fundamental requirement under FCA regulations. This lack of transparency and due diligence in ensuring that the product is suitable for my needs constitutes a clear case of mis-selling.
I demand an immediate review of this matter and a full refund of any funds deposited under these misleading pretenses. Additionally, I expect a detailed explanation of the steps your company will take to rectify this situation and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards in the future.
Failure to address these concerns promptly will leave me no choice but to escalate this matter to the FCA for further investigation.

Furthermore, my deposit remains unavailable for trading, and the withdrawal process is a nightmare, laden with excessive procedures. Although you claim customer service is based in Turkey, it is primarily handled from Pakistan, where senior managers are rude, unprofessional, and aggressive. Hamaza even threatened to file a complaint against me, showcasing a complete lack of proper customer service.
I demand an immediate review of this matter, a full refund of any funds deposited, and a detailed explanation of how you will rectify these issues and ensure compliance with FCA standards. Failure to address these concerns will compel me to escalate the matter to the FCA.
I expect your swift response.

So many cold calls

So many cold calls. Asked repeatedly to be removed from their system and to stop calling me yet they persist even years after I initially enquired about them.
I think I have blocked some 20+ phone numbers but they just call again when they get a new one....
Avoid at all cost! They'll never leave you alone.

I have been allocated a Senior Manager - who I talk to on a daily basis to discuss strategy and how to use the app to place trades. having this support for a newbie is fantastic. Fortrade research team produce daily reports and forcasts (Geopolitical and Technical) on what to trade and the stop loss/take profit rates to protect your cap.
