Terrible customer support

I didn't spend a single penny on this platform, but I participated in their March Clash competition and was fortunate enough to place sixth, winning a $15K challenge account. As promised, the account would be issued within 48 hours, but the platform used the holiday as an excuse to delay sending the first email about the prize until the evening of April 7th. The email mentioned that KYC verification was required to claim the prize, but there was no mention of this requirement anywhere on the platform. Could this be another way to delay things? Due to a problem with the Veriff platform itself, it couldn't recognize my Chinese ID card, preventing me from completing KYC verification. I contacted customer service for assistance, hoping for a manual review, but they informed me that manual review was not possible and that without passing KYC verification, the prize wouldn't be issued. This is how this platform treats its traders. Perhaps they think I'm a worthless trader because I haven't spent any money on their platform? Who knows?

You guys are really shameless, daring to reply even when you're in the wrong.
Veriff's help center clearly states that if you believe your verification was rejected by mistake, reach out to Customer Support of the company who is asking for your verification for further assistance.
And do you think your company is the only one using Veriff as its KYC verification platform? Why can other prop firms manually review my KYC verification in minutes? As I said before, it's simply a difference in how they treat traders.

We’d like to clarify a few important points regarding the situation. As a firm, we are legally required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before issuing any prizes are issued or entering into contractual relationships. This is a standard regulatory obligation that applies to all participants, regardless of whether they have previously made a purchase on the platform.

For this process, we partner with Veriff, a trusted third-party provider specializing in identity verification. All KYC checks are handled exclusively through their system.

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to conduct manual reviews or override their decisions. We also do not have access to the detailed verification process or the authority to approve documents outside of Veriff’s platform. As such, we must rely entirely on the verification result they provide.

We understand how frustrating this situation can be, especially after your achievement in the competition. However, the requirement to successfully complete KYC applies equally to all users and is not influenced by account history or spending on the platform.

If you are experiencing issues with document recognition, we recommend attempting the verification again using different lighting conditions, a higher-quality image, or an alternative supported ID document if available. You may also contact Veriff directly for technical assistance.

We appreciate your understanding and are here to support you within the limits of what we are able to control.

even after passing a challenge phase…

even after passing a challenge phase with no breach of any rule I was denied a funded account. Not just once but twice so watch out. Here is the message proving no rule breach

Dear Trader,

We are writing to inform you about the review of your Challenge Account.
As you know, after successfully passing the challenge by meeting all the required targets, the final step is a review of your strategy by our Risk Department. This review ensures that your trading approach aligns with our rules, T&C, and represents a genuine trading strategy.
During the evaluation of your trading activity, our systems identified multiple risk indicators and red flags.

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, we assess your trading behavior and strategy during the Evaluation phase. Based on this assessment, we determine eligibility for progression to the Master Account stage.

Unfortunately, the number of risk flags on your account has exceeded our acceptable threshold. Therefore, we are unable to offer you a Master Account at this time.

I’m disappointed with my experience at For Traders. My account 377455 25 K my Max Drawdown was &1250was marked as breaching the Max drawdown limit of $1,250 even though my actual loss for the Third day (Total loss) was only $723 After several Mail, NO response was Received.

This means that both open and closed positions during the trading day can impact whether the Max Drawdown limit is reached. Stay Away from these cheap firms

I’m disappointed with my experience at For Traders. My account (Order ID: b18e02b0e931) was marked as breaching the daily drawdown limit of $1,500 even though my actual loss for the day was only $1,136.

Support later explained that the drawdown is based on the highest equity or balance at the daily reset, not just the balance. But this isn’t clearly stated in the main FAQs—it only mentions a percentage of the initial balance. The full explanation is hidden in another article you have to dig for.

Because of that, my account was breached due to a rule I didn’t even know existed. This should be clearly stated upfront, not discovered after losing an account. I hope they improve transparency for other traders.

So far, good overall

I have been trading with them for one month, so far the experience is standard.

We have had some technical issues with the charts and dashboard but the support team has been very helpful each time.

- Juan, Michal and Pavel are always attentive and respectful when solving those issues, which I greatly appreciate.

- The dashboard is very detailed with AI reports of your trading activities. This is actually a game changer for those you love journaling, it is done for you automatically with specific insights.

-Their spreads are honestly one of the best out there. $0.30 on XAU, $0.70 on NAS. If you know, you know...

- Minimum trade holding/duration is only 5 seconds. Shout out to fast scalpers.

I will update this review after 6 months of trading with this firm.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. It’s already extremely hard to become funded,it takes discipline, consistency, and a lot of effort. I went through that process properly: purchased 5 or 6 times 100k, 2 steep challenges over the past 1 year, passed them, and reached 3 funded accounts. On those accounts, I traded manually, followed all rules strictly, and even received multiple payouts. On my latest account, I was happy to be close to scaling after achieving around 6% profit across several payouts.....all while respecting the 1% risk restriction from day one as they requested when i got funded account, including all margin and risk rules. Then suddenly, after my latest payout, they terminated my account and manually marked it as breached,without any clear explanation or reason. No warning. No clarification. No specific rule violation mentioned.
After doing everything by the book, this feels extremely unfair and honestly very discouraging. It gives the impression that profitable traders are not actually welcome long-term. If you’re considering this firm, be aware: you can do everything right and still lose your account without explanation. Very disappointing. STAY AWAY!. (Just breached for no reason: "14.2. Either Party may terminate this Agreement without cause by written notice delivered in accordance with clause 13 to the other Party, with immediate effect upon delivery. In such a case, the Client’s Trading Account will be immediately cancelled, and all trades will be closed.)
