Callum and Jay installed three windows and a door. Excellent work. Very courteous. FHS is very efficient at every stage.

Starting from the salesperson Chris, who was very knowledgable, honest and most important not pushy, you could tell that the experience would be positive. Then the surveyor with their laser pecision measued everything to a nanometer.
The fitting dream team - Darren, Camron, James and River - were spectacular. Their coordination was unprecedented, you would feel that at times they communicated telepathetically. This was a clear case where experience and team chemistry works at its best. Installation speed, top quality and fun prevailed!

James from Fortuna was absolutely brilliant. He worked well. He kept it all clean. Be was friendly, polite and professional. Couldn't have asked more. We are so pleased with the windows ect that he fitted. All I can say is a massive thank you James.

Jack and Chris are 2 very good workers who get on with the job and clear up ten out of ten and I recommend the company Fortuna who have been helpful along the way.

From first approach to installation the representatives of Fortuna where pleasant and punctual. I wanted an unusual job doing to repair part of an old porch window / frame and improve the adjacent more recent badly fitted composite door/frame on one side and link it to an old but not visible other side of the porch. After only about 3 weeks James arrived as arranged. We reviewed and discussed what I wanted, We discussed what he could do with it and he steadily went about the work. As expected when fitting new items into an old existing situation and having to fit a new style/ design frame into an old style porch and having to tie the new frame/window into existing structure some unforseen design mismatches arose which he highlighted as he found them but he recommended sensible solutions and carried them out. The end result is nice solid new looking porch in which the joins of new to old are not obvious and the irratating door now fits as it should. Absolutely no problems and I am very pleased with the work and fittings. Would recommend Fortuna and James to anyone who needs a good looking, well built porch window.

All the way through the process of acquiring my new windows and door, Fortuna's Home Solutions employees were very flexible helpful and supportive. The end result after installation was fantastic, the installers really knew there trade. I would like to personally thank Darren / Cameron/ James and River as they not only acted professionally whilst on the job but they are genuine and down to earth individuals. James and River arrived at my home to install my new front door. Both guys were very helpful indeed and they were very polite and given me answers to my questions before starting my installation. I would recommend both James and River again for more work that my property will need doing at a later date on my other outer doors to my property again later once i manage to raise further funds.

James and River arrived when I expected them and were friendly and polite. They cleaned their work area and left everything tidy. They have made a great job of installing my new front door. The company have been excellent to deal with and have kept us informed at all stages. All the staff we’ve dealt with have again been excellent.

Very quick installation the two fitters didn't stop. Good looking windows a big improvement on my old ones. Everything left Very clean and tidy. Impressive.

This could have been a 5 star review, but from the experience we had, 3 stars is quite generous. This is not going to be easy to keep brief but I’ll attempt to summaries issues. The sales person initially tried to rip us off with a ridiculous quote but when we showed we had little interest and keen to get other quotes he slashed his quote by half to something close to acceptable, he didn’t want to lose his commission for he sale I believe. Monday 4 March fitters arrived keen to start but realise they had been kitted with the wrong size materials in addition to this the scaffolding had not been completed. Noting what is required they came back the following day with what they believe is the correct material for the job. A double team worked all day through appalling weather conditions and two guys completed the job the following day. At the end of the day when finished it initially looked clean and smart. However the following day after a closer inspection was made that's when it doesn't look so good. We have loose and unsecured soffits, gaps spanning windows and doors where finishing trim should be and corner trims sticking out, not secured. Hammer marks in facia, down pipe clips not secured and some missing, corners visibly broken on gabble end facias, is to name some of the issues I found. I have little faith in the integrity and robustness of the finished work and it would not survive any stormy weather like we have been experiencing. Photos and email sent to Fortuna and after telephone conversations, one with the manager, rectification work was arranged and I requested that the manager visited to see first hand the issues we had. He assured he wanted full customer satisfaction and this would be put right to our approval. Days turned into weeks as there were conflicts between Fortuna and the scaffolding company but eventually after 4 weeks the job was completed to our satisfaction. I had to demonstrate to the fitters the issue about unsecured soffits and they agreed I was right and the wrong size soffits (again) were used. Among all this I was offered a very small sum of vouchers as a good will gesture but does not compensate for the whole saga we endured. Seeking for advise as a customer I note on the business card, along with the said accreditations they hold is HICS and Trustmark, certified accreditations with these assures quality products. Contacting both these I had the response that Fortuna are not or no longer hold such associations, and should not be miss using the logos. I also struggle to understand why Fortuna Home Solutions still trade and use emails as Fortunaworld, as I’m informed this company went into liquidation. All above is cut down summary of our experience and there is more detail than I can put here. On a plus note I will commend the manager, Shoz for his efforts to ensure we were finally satisfied with the end result and efforts for constantly chasing the scaffold company.

James and River did an excellent job fitting my new patio doors to my conservatory. Polite and tidy workers who cleaned any mess they had made and took away my old doors. Would highly recommend this FHS for any windows or doors. Very quick and easy purchase and quick installation, also kept updated on everything.

We needed new windows and doors and was recommended to Fortuna home solutions by someone my wife knows. What a good choice it was, so polite and friendly from the first visit for a quote to installation, the guys done an excellent job very professional..the guys jack,Chris, James and River were all polite funny,very clean and tidy .they did not stop from the time they got here to they finish which was late to get the job done.we are very pleased with the outcome especially our bay window..excellent job guys

To be honest it was not great great. Having your windows ripped out and replaced over two days at this time of year is cold and any building work is noisy. What I can say is that James and River worked tirelessly to get the job done in two days. They worked late to get everything done realising that the job was going to be bigger than they were expecting. They found innovative ways round the issues that cropped up. The work looks good from the inside and I can't wait for the scaffolding to come down to see it in all it's glory.

Fitters, Jack, Chris, Darren and Cam installed 9 windows, french doors and front door. The work was carried out very professionally and clean, thanks lads.

On a recent install of a new outside cupboard door. James & River did an outstanding job. Very neat and professionally install.
Also offered to swap out a UPVC door panel for us, that had an old cat flap in.
