The response time
The response time was incredibly fast I was the winner of a prize on there website and from me messaging them to when I got to collect was super fast I was expecting at least 24hrs but it took just less than a hr to process

I can’t open the website in my browser
I can’t open the website in my browser, only through ig. Which is incredibly frustrating. I had to type in my payment twice, and then I got an email saying my order was received but I don’t have my credentials to start until payments received. I’m sure there’s just a few glitches. Maybe it’s the Internet. I don’t know but it’s frustrating.
