We went recently to Kashmir and had great weather and we enjoyed the hotel, food and company. Our tour manager Mohammad Sahad was excellent

We had a group tour to Kashmir by fortune tours and travels. It’s really a very memorable tour with great experience. We are very happy to say that we chose fortune tours , it was a very well organized tour. We were very lucky to have beautiful weather in Kashmir, and so we were able to explore all the beautiful places, landscapes, valleys and lakes. Kashmir is really a blessed place with all natural beauties, especially Mountains in Gulmarg, and phahalgam . The drive to these places are breathtaking, I feel we were really fortunate to explore these places.
The tour was well conducted and we are so pleased to have our tour guide Mohammed Sahad. He was so caring about each and every traveler . I would really love to join this group for more travels.
They had traveler arranged for the road trip with good drivers, hotel accommodation and food was very appetizing. We had lounge facilities arranged at every airport. I am sure all my group members will definitely support me with this trip.
Looking forward to the next trip, maybe to Punjab.

It was an excellent trip. Mr. Sahad our tour manager did a very good job in coordinating the trip. Food and accomodation was very good The hotel served authentic food. On our trips also lunch was arranged in good hotels. Mr Sahad arranged all our trips very well and he lead our team in an excellent manner.The company says 4 star accommodation, but the hotel does not seem have four star standards. Overall we enjoyed the trip.

Sing/Malaysia Tour Sep23/2023.

We seven members(6+1baby) were joined the group with more enthusiasm. Really, we enjoyed this tour. Tour Mgr Evujin, singapore guide Sothalingam and Malaysian guide Kamaraj performed verywell in all its aspects. Food and accomadation also deserves full stars.
The most amazing experince in singapore was SEA aquarium and universal studio. But we felt and lovely impressed with twin tower and genting highland in Malaysia. The night view of twin tower bearing the shining moon at the midle was really amazing... heartfilling. Thank you fortune for the timing.The cable car journey... We reached in a wonderfull majic world. A particular amusement park at the very top of the mountain!!l will explain in detail in fortune travel talk. Now I am ending this revview. to fortune that pls enhance two days more for the best explorations and enjoyment even though it may cost more.We had not got enough time at many prime sites.Thanks.

Enquired about a trip and the team are so delay in replying insipte of messaging several times only they tend to reply and take all details then no message or follow up. Very disappointed in the service becuse its been one week i enquired and still no reply

We had a wonderfull kashmir touring experience via fortune travels.It was a four night and 5 day tour.It was customised package.It was a most memorable and fascinating experience for us ,visiting and trekking the snow field mountains and enjoying the mountain table top view.We were worried due to ground situation as we had our 6 year old daughter but we're well taken care off.

Kashmir is a beautiful place ,worth for travel better than any outside India touring destination

I didn´t get my suitcase by flying to Singapore with Fortune Tours. After the travel I wrote a compensation application to the office in Trivandrum. From there I didn´t get a reaction to my form. There was no information and assistance about the correct procedure. After writing a letter by myself I got the answer that it is to late to file the case.

Fortune Tours is after ur money as far as u travel with them but tere is no assistance if u have some problems.
They should look after their clients even when the journey is over.

As this is the first time that my wife and I took part in a package tour,we were pleasantly surprised and relaxed to have everything arranged, especially the food part that was not too flashy and served along with sliced fruits.Transportation was another integral part of any tour . Ours, though it had initial hiccups,owing to being catered by two vehicles, was later resolved by providing one larger vehicle that could accommodate all the guests.
The complaint,if any, is that there was hardly any time to chill in between the packed schedule.
The tour manager ,Sreejith, needs to be complimented for his role in keeping the group together and was attentive to each individual person's need.
We were able to have darshan at the various temples and visit the ghats , but we were able to watch the ganga arathi only from a distance sitting in the catamaran as it was heavily crowded.
Overall the trip was satisfying and we hope to take part in another one.
