Hello,
We're sorry to hear that your recent gaming experience hasn't been particularly enjoyable. Every play round is random and independent, and while some sessions may bring exciting results, others may not turn out as hoped.
We appreciate your honest feedback and hope you'll find more enjoyment in our game selection moving forward.
Cheaters!
I bought a package, and every other spin the game would pause and show the spin symbol like it was buffering. Never once triggered a bonus game. Probably due to this. Don't bother wasting your money on this site

Hi,
We're sorry to hear about the interruptions you experienced while playing, especially after making a purchase. Games should run smoothly, and we understand how frustrating repeated buffering can be. While game outcomes are random and special features aren't guaranteed, we'd like to take a closer look at the technical issues you've described.
Please contact our Support Team, and we can review your experience and better understand what happened.
Great game selection and promos
Games are fun, promo for first time user was great. Only giving 4 stars because unless you get to a high enough tier (by buying coins), you can only cash out $100 at a time and only once per 24 hours. First world problem, I know, but if I win, I'd like to redeem it all at once.

Not a recommended platform…
Not a recommended platform…
I was givin 20 free spins won like 5 bucks then I started playing and won 54 bucks and they said there’s a 25 dollar cap that in order for me to continue playing and be able to redeem funds I would have to make deposit or mail in a alternative AMOE player card filled out and mailed to them so there running promotions all over social media TV commercials and literally saying no deposit required to play or to redeem funds so I’m not interested in that false advertisement and will continue my playing elsewhere horrible experience

Hello,
We understand your frustration, especially when the rewards from Free Plays don't work the way you expected. Free Play sessions have a maximum reward limit, which is displayed when you open the game, and any amount exceeding that limit isn't added to your balance. Purchases are entirely optional, and we also offer free participation methods, including the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE).
We appreciate your feedback. Please contact our Support Team, and we can take a closer look at your experience.
I use to love playing here
I use to love playing here, but overtime things change. Don’t win big or hardly at all anymore. Just seems like it’s a money grab, and I’m over it. I will not spend another penny here. Customer service takes forever to get back with you.

We're sorry to hear that a platform you once enjoyed has become disappointing. Game outcomes are random, and each round is independent, so previous wins don't influence future results. We also understand your frustration with the response times from our Support Team, as getting timely assistance is an important part of the experience.
Your feedback is valuable, and we'll make sure your concerns about both gameplay and support are shared with the relevant teams.

Wants you to deposit , yet never gives you decent rewards
Honestly this site has me 100 shades of f’ed up thinking I’m going to sink money into it whenever the one promotion it has to draw in customers literally NEVER gives anything worth while. I have spun the wheel 2x daily for over 2 weeks solid and guess what not one time has it landed on anything other than gold coins there’s a ton of other sites that actually give you freebies/ rewards worth while I wouldn’t recommend this one to anyone 👎

Hi,
We understand how disappointing it can be when the Daily Wheel doesn't deliver the rewards you're hoping for, especially after participating consistently. Wheel outcomes are random, and each round is independent, meaning previous results don't influence future ones. Purchases are entirely optional, and free activities remain available without making one.
We appreciate you sharing your concerns, and we'll pass your feedback about the rewards along to our team.

I like them however…
They use to be better I’ve won quite a few times but just like all the other platforms these last 6months you just can’t win impossible to get passed $30/$35 mark before you lose.
