Game froze in the middle of bonus spins. Was locked out the game I was playing on. Support shows no record. Technical support fixed the issue loaded for one spin. Session error been showing for weeks now. With support excuse is cache and other nonsense. Tried 3 different devices same issue. Not worth the hassle after all the stuff that it takes to get verified. Would give it a zero if I could.

I feel horrible about writing this but I have just spend hours trying to figure out how to get a promo code. The websites want us to advertise for them in return we get a reward great. But hello could you please make it a lot easier to obtain and also make it a VAILD CODE,I tried two codes back to back straight out of my messenger I was not happy and still have not gotten anything from them yet… I hate to do it but time to delete app.. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.. I feel scammed. I won $125 from “free play” purchased $15 coin package to be able to redeem but I played it up to $350. Since I was only able to redeem $100 a day because I was at the lowest tier I ended up playing the $250 and when the redemption hit the account they only honored $25 because the money was won from the free games.. what a scam! Typically legit platforms will tell you you have X amount of coins you have to play through before you can redeem.

Finally there is a class action law suit against this game when I first started I won I was so happy because I never win now for the past year I can't get win anything not even the free giveaways they always give me freaking coins I've asked customer support what's going on they are dumb as rocks this game is falsey advertised promoting free sc amounts if you pay a certain amount and never getting what was advertised thank you casino high uppers.

It's a fun game and I have fun playing but the downside a little bit to it is that you really don't hit and get the sweeps coins wish I believe they should make it easier to hit easier faster and bigger so we can continue playing but other than that I enjoy playing this casino

I like it has alot of games, fun to play, BUT I wouldn’t recommend anyone spending more than $50 in a month. Most games I have played don’t even give more the 0.06 cents when wagering 1 to 3. I played a game wagered for $16 a game and hit bonus and won $0! Now how is that possible. SMH! I’m a serious gambler and NEVER has a game given me 0 on a bonus. But play at your own risk. I won a hundred bucks off of some free plays but ended up with only 25. Technically it wasn't won with the free plays, it was off of the cheap $5.00 maximum win limit amount I won from the free plays. I guess in the fine print it says they get to decide what they want to pay who at their discretion when it comes to free plays. Idk but I find that very deceptive. It's like they act like they have good bonuses but really they're all crap. I won't be depositing here anymore ever, or at any of their sister casinos either. I'd upload the screenshot of the transaction if I cud.

How can you get a promo code in real time from their Facebook account through messenger and it doesn’t work? Their excuse is that it reached the activation limit. I was solicited that code and didn’t even go looking for it or asked for it. This shows their lack of operational integrity and apparently funds as well. No one is updating the codes that their bots give out and they have a limit? They’re trying to keep up with the big boys and it’s showing they can’t. I bet their RTP rate is garbage now and I won’t be putting my money in to find out either.
