Forward Carers are brilliant…
Forward Carers have honestly restored my faith in human nature. I care for my physically disabled husband. I can honestly say that it’s the most physically and mentally exhausting thing I’ve ever done. Forward Carers give us carers a voice. They give really helpful advice and practical support. They are just brilliant.

hello strugling to enjoy the perks i do not have an iphone my phone is basic does not receive internet etc and i have to use library on friends internet service would appreciate help for those of us who do not have these thanks so much , so far i have not been able to use my carers discount card anywhere

Still waiting over three weeks now for the carers card I purchased to be delivered. I have received emails back regarding my enquiry as to why it hasn’t come yet which is great that I have had a response but the wait time is longer than anticipated.

These guys are a godsend..I am a carer for my disabled brother and also suffer from mental health issues..
Ever since the first day of covid lockdown they have been there for me ..
From getting PPE during lockdown to a pre loaded data sim
They really are a godsend

Great recovery and turnaround!
After further confirmation and communication. Error was rectified and card was sent out with earnest!
More communication would have lead to 5* other than that really good and would now highly recommend!
