Great experience,

First off, the shipping experience from USA to Antigua and Barbuda (Caribbean) through Forwardme.com was remarkably fast and efficient. The consolidation service worked smoothly, and my packages arrived well-protected. However, despite paying all the declared duties and service fees to Forwardme.com upfront, I was hit with additional customs clearance charges from DHL upon arrival, which significantly increased my total cost. It would be incredibly helpful if Forwardme.com could implement a system where ALL fees are collected in advance, eliminating surprise charges at delivery.
Despite this issue, I would still recommend Forwardme.com to fellow Caribbean shoppers, especially those in Antigua and Barbuda looking for a reliable alternative to the lengthy delays and unpredictable schedules of Amerijet cargo services. The speed and reliability alone make it worthwhile..

Forwardme made it really easy for me to…

Forwardme made it really easy for me to shop from the US and get my order delivered to Germany. I was especially impressed by how convenient the whole experience was from start to finish.

I used their Personal Shopper service because the US retailer didn’t accept my payment method. The Forwardme team handled the purchase quickly, and everything was clearly communicated — no confusion, no delays.

My package was shipped out soon after it arrived at their warehouse, and it was delivered to Germany in great condition. The parcel was securely packed, and I appreciated having a few different shipping options depending on how fast I wanted it delivered.

There were some import duties to pay upon arrival in Germany, but that’s standard when ordering from outside the EU and not something Forwardme has control over.

Overall, I’m very satisfied. Forwardme made it possible for me to buy something I otherwise couldn’t have accessed from here. Definitely planning to use them again.

terrible cancellation policy

I cancelled a shopping request basically right after I made it. The personal shopper didn't even do anything and they still ate the processing fee without indication they were going to do so yet they claim it's a "full refund". Liars

I recently used Forwardme to shop from…

I recently used Forwardme to shop from US stores and ship my items to Turkey, and I’m very pleased with my experience.

Since the store I wanted to buy from didn’t accept my payment method, I used Forwardme’s Personal Shopper service. The process was very smooth — they handled the purchase quickly and kept me informed at every step.

My package was shipped safely and arrived without any issues. The shipping fees were reasonable for international delivery, and I liked having multiple shipping options to choose from based on speed and cost.

The only downside was the customs fees in Turkey, which were a bit high — but that’s something beyond Forwardme’s control and expected with international shipments.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and will definitely use Forwardme again for future purchases from the US.

Still recommend ForwardMe

EDIT: Ayberk reached out shortly after my original review was posted and offered a $15 refund as soon as my order is placed for revising my review after being explained the technical issue. I have revised the review since, but no $15 refund as of yet. I ended up placing my most recent order AFTER the problem was fixed, not before. So I didn’t end up paying $2400 CAD in shipping. For the prior orders placed (before seeing the oversized fees), I was also able to avoid as the weight was still considered under the weight limit. I do appreciate you reaching out as quickly as you did and in turn fixing the problem. So service remains the same, quick and responsive as always. I still recommend ForwardMe.

Original: Service is good except the shipping rate is becoming ridiculous. I wanted to ship a single popmart blind box to Canada, the rate was $57.83 USD. I added one more package that contained 7 blind boxes (Labubu and Mickey Family) and the total shipping jumped to $330.11 USD! Originally I wanted to ship everything at once (9 packages currently stored at ForwardMe, some are flat envelopes and some are 1 item boxes and some with 5-7 blind boxes)….but then the shipping would be $1766.80 USD ($221.80 USD shipping + $220 USD oversized shipment fee + $1325.00 USD overweight fee)…which would be $2400 CAD. Now I have to figure out how to ship the packages without costing me an arm and a leg. Once I have shipped the remaining packages, I think it’ll be the last time I use ForwardMe. I’ll have to find a different mail forwarding service where the shipping is more reasonable.

Although both our operations and tech teams carefully tested this system before launching, an unexpected glitch occurred in the live environment, which unfortunately affected a small number of shipments — including yours.

As soon as we identified the issue, we immediately disabled this feature to prevent it from affecting further shipments. We also reviewed your case specifically and sent you an email explaining the situation before you placed your shipping order. However, it appears that the email was overlooked, and you proceeded with your shipment despite the error still affecting your order at that moment.

If we had received a response to our message before your order was finalized, we could have resolved the issue for you before processing the shipment.

Could do way better..

Update : they finally issued a refund 9 months later, thanks to the pressure of my bad reviews. I change my review to 3 stars.

I've ordered some stuffs in November 2024. Tomorrow is the first of July, and I'm still battling with their support.

This company is a scam, they steal orders, then they don't answer to you (or when they do, it's once every trimester). Then they're liars as well : when, finally, after 8 damn months, they suggest that they will issue a refund because they recognized losing/stealing my order....well, 1. They say that they suddenly couldn't reach you on your email address, 2. it's been now 2 months since I'm waiting for the supposedly "express refund" (can't wait to see what their new excuse is now 🤣)

Don't ever order through them, you'll only lose money and their crappy support will make you lose your patience. I advise you use Forward2me.com, MyUS.com or Colisexpat instead of this scam company stealing orders from you.

Been dealing with this forward company…

Been dealing with this forward company for A while ... and i did also work with them alot and alot orders.. never had a single problem . They ship fast. They proccess orders fast. The prices are mid but the customer support is somehow slow sometimes. They still need to improve it to add atleast another person beside Ayberk.
Thanks to Ayberk too for all his help and to carry my orders. The packaging is cool too.
Their personal shopper is same day proccess too.. i dealt more than 30 orders and never had a problem with them. Tbh thats my Best forward adress when it comes to personal shopping...

Ordering process for me could have been easier as I had difficulty adding item to cart initially. This is a minor issue though.

First I will say all interactions and communications were pleasant and professional.

I did however find needing to use my personal email to communicate was inconvenient and amateurish, and due to the lag time, the process to finally shipping my order felt unnecessarily long.

Once shipped, the package arrived fairly quickly - even using the least expensive option.

This was my first time using this type of service, so I have no comparisons to make with any other forwarding services.

I may use again, I may try another.

One last item ( which is not related to this service ) - I tried ordering from Walmart and shipping to this service and to forward2me, but Walmart cancelled both orders immediately. I'm curious if any other customers have had similar issues with walmart.

Great Service – Fast and Personal Support

I was overall very satisfied with the service from Forwardme. They responded to my inquiries immediately and handled everything in a very personal and helpful way. I used them to ship a package from Turkey to Germany, and everything went smoothly.

The only issue was that I had to pay additional customs fees upon arrival, but this has nothing to do with Forwardme – that’s just part of international shipping.

Highly recommend their service if you’re looking for a reliable forwarding company!
