Attempted to create an account with my…

Attempted to create an account with my personal email address; which failed stating that a manual review was needed.
Tried with my business email instead, which also failed for the same reason.
Since, I've been hit on both email with a daily Invoice Payment Due on both addresses.
They even dare to send me an email asking how I had heard from them and to review them.
Sounds like a scam, behave like a spam, must be a spam

I've had nothing but great success with…

I've had nothing but great success with ForwardMX. I have been a customer for just over 1.5 years now and it's a perfect solution for my combination of personal email management and small business projects. Their customer service is responsive through their ticketing system, including when I accidentally got my own IP banned. They have been helpful and responsive to all three of my inquiries since starting with them. I highly recommend this service for anyone looking to get a handle on managing email forwards and aliases.

Happy and Satisfied Customer

I've been a subscriber to ForwardMX since Jan 2022, and I must commend the exceptional services they provide. Their support team is outstanding, offering prompt and helpful responses whenever I've needed assistance. As a customer, I am thoroughly satisfied with the reliability and efficiency of their service. It's refreshing to experience such dedication to customer satisfaction. Kudos to the ForwardMX team for maintaining such high standards!

Illegal service

Illegal service. Won't let you cancel your account and charges you every year

Hi there,
I acquired the service from the former owners in October 2020, and can confirm that all previous subscriptions were cancelled at that point. All current customers can easily cancel their subscriptions from within their account automatically, or our support team are available 7 days per week to assist, and reply to all tickets within 24 hours.

Fraudulent service

The service has been abandoned without any notice. It simply doesn't function anymore, yet all support has been removed. Worst of all, subscription payments continue to be taken. My account was just renewed despite not functioning for over a year. When I cancelled my account, it deleted it immediately with no refund. So any subscription period you have paid for is pretty much stolen from you.

This is obviously not legal so I have filed a compliant with Trading Standards UK.

DO. NOT. SIGN. UP!

Horrible service. Stopped working after I bought a premium subscription. Most of my emails started being dropped instead of being forwarded. I tried to contact support on 10 different emails over 2 months, never got a reply. I even tried to reach out to the owner on Reddit and Twitter, no response there either.

Whoever is running this service has either died (and the hosting bills are still paid for) or they don't give a crap about their customers.

Either way, STAY AWAY!

Forwarding is being blocked by all service providers. No support, 9 dollars down the tube!

not getting email deliveries for a week…

not getting email deliveries for a week has cost our business dearly ! we had a paid service with these guys and they seem to have ran away as no reply to emails for support, we now have to get an IT person to sort all this out and move the domains to other forwarding providers, this have probably cost us 1000's of $ in the end !

No support

Forwarder has been broken for over a week. I've tried reaching out to them via email, but they don't reply. There is no other way to reach out to them, no phone number, no Twitter, nothing.

The service was great while it worked, but no support for a "premium email forwarding" is unacceptable.
