Order never arrived after waiting a month and now the website is down on shopify

placed an order for a $90 parka on 7/18/25 expected standard shipping to arrive on 7/31/25 via their website. Did not see a tracking update or email of shipping details on 7/30/25 so i emailed support for an update, got an auto reply, "Hello. Thanks for your purchase, your order is being processed to be shipped. You will receive an email with the shipping confirmation. Thanks for your patience". Going back to their website 8/4/25 and its not available on shopify. seems like a scam site, im issuing a charge back, buyer beware.

I’ve reached out to you several times…

I’ve reached out to you several times asking for a refund because my item has not been received yet. Nor am I seeing a result from our previous conversation. Please track your package so I can send it back to you. I am very disappointed because I wanted to have it by Christmas and even though it was ordered in a timely fashion this is not acceptable.

Delay and no communication updates

The ordering was fast and immediate however the delivery of the item has been a very long wait. It's been over three weeks and I haven't received any updates of delivery nor has anything arrived. Not a very pleasant experience

Not recommended

Shipping took 3 months that was stressful. I had to pay $20 to return and eventually they did refund so now I'm out 4 months of stress and follow up emails and 20 bucks.

This is the worst site ever

This is the worst site ever. They are scam order Italian shoe and bag over one month they did not ship or refund.

ForWomenUSA? No. No they’re not.

I have ordered two of the same dress. Before purchasing the second, I began the refund process for the first. I mailed the dress back and have not heard a single thing since.
I reordered the same dress in a smaller size. It was never shipped. I never received it. When I realized I wasn’t going to get the dress in time for the event I needed it for, I asked for the order to be canceled and for my money to be refunded.

I have called, left voicemails, send emails, and I have never been contacted. These are the only things I have been receiving.

To say I am upset is a massive understatement. These dresses were not cheap and I did not get to wear either of them. The one I returned I had on for less than five minutes. I paid for extra bubble wrap in the package I sent to back to ensure a refund.

This company’s name is ForWomenUSA. You are not “For Women.”
