We flew to Turkey with this agency - bad!

We flew to Turkey with this agency, and communication was terrible from the start. By the end, we didn't even know what time our transfer to the airport was, and there was no one to contact. The hotel didn't receive any information, so we had to call the airport.

Never buying from them again

The day before departure, I didnt find our names on the paper regarding the transfer from the hotel to the airport, which we had paid for (voucher). I called the tour provider, who told me that everything was fine and that the bus would arrive for us. On the day of departure, we showed the voucher to the driver in the morning, who told us that he would not take us on the bus. After 20 minutes, we ordered a taxi to the airport with 2 other people who had a trip through the same company, which cost us €70. After the flight, we were told by other tour participants that the bus arrived at the hotel an hour later. No one told us about it! I do not recommend traveling with this agency!

Dont ever buy from them

Dont ever buy from them. This modning on site we realized there is no sich thing as all inclusive on the hotel where we arrived this night. We tried Manu times to call but no one answers. When you call Theis operator on spot they wont help you because I have ordered my own transfer. Then they dont need to help they say and hang up.

We have Eritrea 3 or 4 mails to ask for their help but no answer. This must be the most terrible travel agency in Germany and I Cannot recommend anyone to buy travel from them.
A proper company will solve your problems but Foryoutravel dont give a F…. And neither does their partners they work together with. They left u’s to solve our Owen things. Somethings wrong with them

Zero assistance

I am writing to notify a serious disservice from the agency which was responsible to organize our transfers in Hurgada (Egypt).
Our flight was 1.5h delayed and once landed at 4am, nobody was there waiting for us.

After trying unsuccessfully to reach the local contact number, we contacted the emergency telephone indicated on the travel documents. At our expense (2.99 EUR/min) we reached a sleepy operator located in Spain.

After promising to investigate the situation, the operator put us on hold for ~18min. He also ensured that he would have called us back, if the connection was lost.

The operator never called back, so we had to contact again the emergency service (other ~4min call) and the same operator picked up the call. The operator, instead of calling us back as he said, was waiting for our call and told us that the local driver left, since our flight was delayed, and didn't offer any alternative solution.

The only option proposed was to book a taxi ourselves and invoice the expense afterward. This option resulted unfeasible, since no receipt is issued by local taxi drivers (no card payment was possible and no bill was printed). We were left alone without assistance at 4-5am in a foreign country, where few people speak English and where we had no contacts except from the tour operators. Flight information are available (online and at the airport), so the travel agency and the driver could stay perfectly informed about our delay. We had to contact twice at our expense the customer service, who resulted unhelpful, unwilling to solve the situation and take responsibility for the disservice
the operator didn't reach out after assessing the situation as promised, leaving us waiting in line and without offering alternative solutions. We had to take an unsafe drive at our expense.

Apart from the additional costs of roughly 115 EUR we had to face, this experience could have gone far worse than already did.

Once we came back from holiday, we wrote a complaint email. The reply showed the care they have for customers and the empathy for whom experienced such a situation: "Thank you very much for your email. Please understand that only reimbursement of costs that are proven by receipts are checked. Since you have not submitted a taxi receipt, we cannot investigate your request any further."...as if the money was our main and only concern.

Worst travel agency in germany

One of the worst if not the worst travel agency in Germany!

BEWARE! Never choose "For you travel"

I booked a trip to Turkey, but didn't know that i need an E-visa, so i missed my flight and also my vacation.
When i contacted (For you travel) asking why they didn't inform me, they told me that they informed me at the booking time ( there was a very small button mentioning the visa regulations, but it was very small that i couldn't notice it).

What confuses me is that they have sent me a pile of documents, but never mentioned a single word about Turkish visa regulations.

Now, when i asked for a refund or to propose a new destination for me, they refused and told me that my money 724€ is gone and there will be no alternative holidays offer.

The moment they took my money, i became like a hostage and they did whatever they wanted to me. For instance they changed the return flight twice, when i asked why, they said you agreed on this in the terms and conditions.. they know that most customers don't read the terms and conditions 10 full pages in German ( i didn't read the terms and conditions because i don't speak German).

I would like to understand how such a company is still operating in Germany after all these negative feedbacks.

Why there's no authority in Germany to either block them or force them to improve their service?
After working hard the entire year, now i lost both my money and vacation.

When you call them a voice machine will tell you to reach them by email!

I have sent them emails, and asked for a phone number in order to talk to them, but they never shared with me their phone number. (Our entire communication was only through email).

very bad experience and i wish no one else will experience something similar!

Ich habe eine Reise in die Türkei gebucht, wusste aber nicht, dass ich ein E-Visum benötige, also habe ich meinen Flug und auch meinen Urlaub verpasst.
Als ich (For you travel) kontaktierte und fragte, warum sie mich nicht informiert hätten, sagten sie mir, dass sie mich zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung informiert hätten (es gab einen sehr kleinen Knopf, der die Visabestimmungen erwähnte, aber er war sehr klein, sodass ich das nicht konnte). bemerke es).

Was mich verwirrt, ist, dass sie mir einen Stapel Dokumente geschickt haben, aber nie ein einziges Wort über die türkischen Visabestimmungen erwähnt haben.

Als ich nun um eine Rückerstattung oder einen Vorschlag für ein neues Reiseziel bat, lehnten sie ab und teilten mir mit, dass mein Geld von 724 € aufgebraucht sei und es kein alternatives Urlaubsangebot geben werde.

In dem Moment, als sie mein Geld nahmen, wurde ich wie eine Geisel und sie taten mit mir, was sie wollten. Sie haben zum Beispiel den Rückflug zweimal geändert, und als ich nach dem Grund fragte, sagten sie, dass Sie dem in den Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen zugestimmt hätten. Sie wissen, dass die meisten Kunden die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen nicht 10 Seiten lang auf Deutsch lesen (ich nicht). Lesen Sie die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen, da ich kein Deutsch spreche).

Ich würde gerne verstehen, wie ein solches Unternehmen nach all diesen negativen Rückmeldungen immer noch in Deutschland tätig ist.

Warum gibt es in Deutschland keine Behörde, die sie entweder blockiert oder zur Verbesserung ihres Dienstes zwingt?
Nachdem ich das ganze Jahr hart gearbeitet hatte, verlor ich nun sowohl mein Geld als auch meinen Urlaub.

Wenn Sie sie anrufen, wird Ihnen ein Sprachgerät mitteilen, dass Sie sie per E-Mail erreichen sollen!

Ich habe ihnen E-Mails geschickt und nach einer Telefonnummer gefragt, um mit ihnen sprechen zu können, aber sie haben mir ihre Telefonnummer nie mitgeteilt. (Unsere gesamte Kommunikation erfolgte ausschließlich per E-Mail).

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung und ich wünschte, niemand sonst würde etwas Ähnliches erleben!

Me and my family (adults and children the total of 23 people) booked our vacation via onlinereisesuche.de with "For you travel" agency from 18.07.2021-01.08.2021 in Side/Antalya-Turkey (hotel Side la grande).
When we arrived at the airport Antalya there was a local agency "mts globe" responsable for us, an agent from mts globe told us that our 5 star hotel Side la grande was closed because of the Covid-19 situation, he LIED to us the hotel was opened, we saw that with our own eyes.
Mts globe agent told us that they will send us to a better hotel and that we were UPGRATED, again he LIED us, they sent us to a hotel SIDEKUM that it was far worst that what we booked in first place. We stood in hotel SIDEKUM for 4 days AGAINST our will and during this 4 days we wrote many emails to "For you travel" agency, "12-travel" agency, we talked with agents from "Onlinereisesuche", we tryed to phone "For you travel" agency but it was impossible to reach them. Finaly the 4-th day of our stay an agent from "For you travel" agency contacted me and promised me that they will change our hotel.
Now we had 2 choices to stay at hotel SIDEKUM or to go to a "better" hotel named "Seher Resort&spa.
We accepted to change the hotel and go to hotel Seher Resort wich was also far worst that our first choice but "better" than hotel SIDEKUM.
We were the total of 5 familys (only 1 family of 4 people had the chance to go to hotel "Side la grande" wich we all booked in first place).
So in other words all 4 agency's (onlinereisesuche; For you travel; 12-travel and mts globe agency)
THEY RUINED OUR VACATION that we waited so long and wanted to spent it together in a hotel that we chose.
And the last thing but not the least when i came home i talked to an agent from onlinereisesuche and asked him when we will receive the CASH BACK of 100/50 euro? He responded me that during the process of booking i had to mentioned or put into the lines somewhere the cash back wich i ignore how to do that.
All this 4 agency's doesn't care at all for their clients.

Canceled travel
Because off corona we weren't able to go on holiday.,
they told me i would get the money back, but most of the time they did not answer back, and the money never came.
in the end i had to make a case at the european complaint office.

Never use this For You Travel !!!

We travel twice each year and this trip has been the one we have experienced.
14 days in Turkey in high season it was week 31 and 32, (2 families) with NO service, NO help, NO good communication and the WORST all inclusive we have ever tried.
I made an official complaint to For You Travel, with evidence of the communication, but NO compensation at all for our 14 days of terrible holiday.
We don't even fell like we had a holiday at all. It is absolutely the first and also the LAST time I will use this For You Travel.
Not Happy !

We were several Europeans who unfortunately had a terrible holiday.
