First there are no instructions within the booth .
There are a lot of coloured push buttons and not one labelled as to their function.
When you finally find out how to use booth the photos are off centre and totally useless .
Simply spent £8 and spent a frustrating 10 min for zero results . Just wish I had used a different company Now need to find a credible company for my passport photo No reply to email either

Same as previous reviewers, my photo came out with no code. I have emailed daily and no reply. Absolute scammers, report to trading standards for taking money without providing service. Maybe this review will prompt a reply.

Had to pay upfront even though the photos were unusable (too dark) and the photos printed without a Digital Photo Code. Completely unusable service bordering on highway robbery.

Photo Booth printed photo but no digital passport code despite it being visible on the sample image selection - waste of money

The code given to add to the passport application does not work. It states on their website that they do not use zero so I used capital and lower case L and i but it will not work. Spent over half an hour researching this and the complaints email address is not a valid address. No email or telephone support available. Wasted time and money.

Paid for the first set and continued to click through the instructions proceeded to try get in the frame correctly however the seat won't go low enough for yours eyes to be in the correct position, or to be far enough away from the camera in the first place while trying in panic to get in the right space, the machine just went back to start screen and made me pay again !!! To top it off you've then not even printed the bloody code or Qr code for me to use the photos online ! Fuming what a waste of bloody money. Don't advertise something your clearly not providing on people's photos these don't even look like they will comply even if I was to try post it off by hand 😩.

Picture failed as I was too close to the camera, I couldn't physically get further away whilst sat on the bench.

There's no support to help you get your position right in the booth.

We went to your booth in Swan Centre Eastleigh to get photos for our children's passports. The photo came out with no bar code on it to enable us to get the digital version to send to the passport office. We have tried again in case we had made a mistake and done something incorrectly. Still no bar code.
We went ahead and tried to scan the photos in ourselves to send it off and now the passport office have come back and said the photos are unacceptable due to the bad quality.
We wrote two emails to foto.run because there was on phone number and had no replies.
Avoid waste of money!!!!!!!!

I had the exact same experience as Muradhan, also in Marlands Southampton. Now I have a photo of half of my head, and no way of contacting for a refund. Avoid.

I have got my UK ID size photo taken with one of their Photo Booths I have paid with my debit card before hand and the photo was taken with no problem. However, once the machine askedd me to adjust the photo according to the ID photo reuirements, I have ralised that the display that lets you to adjust was faulty and adjusted the photo to a state that the print was not useable at all. I have photografhic proof of everything and sent his information along with my refund request to their email a week ago, they have no phone number indicated on their website, and havent heard from them. Please avoid Foto.run branded booths at all cost.
