Couldn't have hoped for better service. I asked on Wednesday evening if there was any chance I could get print delivered Friday morning.
Richie arranged it so it would. I saw on packaging that extra costs had been paid for express postage even though no charge was passed to me for p&p.
Print itself exceeded expectations.
Will definately purchase from Foto Factory again and would encourage others to do so also.

Framed prints from Foto Factory.
The 3 prints are lovely and look very well on my walls. However, I am disappointed in the quality of the frames! I think that they are a bit flimsy and I was rather expecting a slightly heavier frame as it is portrayed on the website! At €165 each for 24"×32", the print was €45 which leaves the frame at €120! I recently had a similar size print framed locally for €85 with a heavier frame.

You should read my comments again, in particular my opening sentence. There is nowhere in my comments did I write that I was not happy with my purchase.
My comments on the framing used was meant as a constructive comment that you and your colleagues might have a discussion about.
I like the style of frame that you use as it is timeless but I believe that if you use 30mm instead of 20mm you will transform a good product into a better one.
