Sorry but this was a joke of an experience. I activated my highly built-up complementary offer. Getting signed on and able to actually access the site to see what in fact my benefits are, was like a house of mirrors. When I finally did get access to see my benefits it was basically a non-stop sales effort to upgrade me to a more premium membership. It showed me a chart of my current benefits compared to the premium (extra cost) benefits. Basically, zero boxes checked for the highly self-promoted basic membership, and everything offered in the extra premium membership. I declined and finally got to the main page with my benefits. I went into hotels and found the Loews hotel in Chicago. As I proceeded to click my way through this, I was finally met with another attempt at getting me to sign up for the premium membership since this offering was not valid with my current trial membership! No thanks. You better show me the good before I purchase. I will stick with my Amex Platinum and Chase Saphire. No tricks.

Signed up as a "trial" member only to be billed $395 6 months later with NO agreement to do so, no notice of the bill and no receipt for the bill. TOTAL bait and switch scam. Tried the service ONCE under trail membership and was horrible - totally useless and a time waster. RUN, do not get scammed.
