Terrible customer service I ordered my hoodie about 2 weeks ago and haven’t received any tracking information, sent multiple emails and contacting them on instagram and still haven’t heard back from them. So disappointing and a waste of money.

No transparency and horrible customer service. My order was placed over 2 weeks ago and still hasn’t arrived, the only updates I get are from USPS. I’ve emailed twice asking for an update or at the very least a timeframe for the shipping period, I’ve even messaged them through their website and I have still yet to hear anything. They are hoodies just like these on Etsy with sellers that actually care about their customers

This is a scam. I ordered my order MOTHS ago with express shipping and have not received my order, nor have I received updates even though I was told i’ll receive an email after my order has processed.. I tried contacting customer service multiple times and have commented on their social media posts with no results. Complete scam please don’t waste your money.

This small business is a total scam. Don't waste your money on them. It took forever to ship out, and when it finally did, they gave me an invalid tracking number. It didn't even link to Canada Post's website, which is sketchy. (And yes, I gave it days to update), but it was still invalid. Ridiculous.

I placed my order on July 10th and it just arrived today. It took awhile for shipping to update and customer service never responded to my email but I did get my goodies The material is good and the quality is nice. It was a long wait time and had no customer service skills but I did receive what I ordered and I will be wearing it all the time

HORRIBLE, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I ordered 2 sweatshirts from here in May and I still have not received them - its now August. I have emailed them 5 times and they have not responded to any of them. Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Buying anything from here is a waste of money, please save your time and money.

Complete SCAM. Will not ship products or respond to emails. Consider any money spent here gone. Thanks for wrecking a portion of my daughter's Birthday.

If I could give zero stars. I would. Payed 55€. Never got my sweater and wrote many mails, contacted via all social media outlets. Insta/TikTok/Mail etc and no answer. None. Really sad. It’s a scam. Don’t order.

It took several weeks, with zero communication from Found My Hoodie. I reached out via their website multiple times, I reached out via Instagram and tiktok, as well, and still had no communication back. I finally received my sweatshirt, and it’s a super rough material. It’s just not what I was expecting, and honestly, the lack of concern from the company for their customers was the worst part.

I bought a single tee shirt for a friends birthday and it’s been 2 months with no response from their customer service, after I emailed them multiple times and sent messages to their tik tok and Instagram page. DONT BUY FROM THEM it a scam!

This is hands down the best quality hoodie I have ever gotten, and for a great price. It did take about two weeks to arrive with free shipping, but I don’t even mind. I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews, must be angry people taking their anger out in an unnecessary way. Running a business is hard and I love my hoodie. Better than expected for $60 and I’ll be buying more. Keep up the good work, ‘find my hoodie’, just work on the shipping time ;)

Just to let everyone know I order a hoodie from this company it came ripped, I reached out to the company and they told me they would send me a new one. It has been 3 weeks and I did not receive the merchandise and they will not answer my emails. They have fully ghosted me

I paid extra for a faster delivery since I would be moved out from the residence by then, but my package took 2 weeks to arrive. I tried emailing and direct messaging and they have not responded. So, my package got sent back and now I have to contact my bank for a refund. I find this inconvenience very infuriating since I heard their good reviews about their products although, it is very disappointing that their service is very poor quality.

I ordered a hoodie over a month ago and I paid and received an order confirmation but that was it. I never got any shipping information and i tried contacting them several times without any response. I am still waiting for my order or my money back.

Got scammed for $160
Ordered and paid 3 weeks ago, and we have not heard anything at all from them. We tried their instagram, mail and direct message but still no answer.... #ghosted #scam #suckmydastheywouldhavesaid #pleasejustsendyourordersout. We wanted to use the shirts for a special graduation party. The concept was genial and so fun, so it makes us really sad.... We would make the rest of our class (25 other people) buy shirts as well after we would receive ours, but unfortunately we have been ghosted by the company..... so no more money from us.... Unless we receive our order :D
