Why is fountainhead trying to make me do a forgiveness on a ppp loan I never got .It was decline by chime and I never got it

I had the pleasure of obtaining a Ppp loan from fountain head they were prompt and helped me with the loan process even though my credit score is not in the highest standing they still gave me the loan which saved my family from living on the streets thank you

Where is my money? My money was sent back to you as the lender and I’ve signed my documents and never heard anything about my application being processed. I received my loan had been canceled but it’s under secondary review. I’ve emailed and called several times. Sending them info through email is a joke.

Fountianhead has completely disappeared. There is no way to get in touch with them. Their phone tree systems all lead to the same dead end, and they won't respond to email.

Applied through womply on 3/28/2021 for a ppp loan. Fountainhead picked up my application. Signed the promissory through them on April 6th and never heard from them again. My womply status has not left sba approved. All my checks are green. They have not notified me of needing anything else. I have reached out to them more times then I can count and never heard back. Funds are now out. And since it's past the 20 days I'm guessing my loan will be canceled. So I have most likely lost my first draw and my second draw that I couldn't finish applying for until I was funded my first draw. Fountainhead took on far too many applications to try to make as much money as possible and Because of that lots of small business owners who deserve this money got lost in their shuffle. There is zero customer service. Absolutely no way to get ahold of them. No phone service, email service. Nothing. Please do not go through them. They now have all our information.. They can not finish the job. This can not be legal.

I was paired with Fountainhead through womply. my small business has suffered dramatically since the onset of this pandemic. I was told that I was on a fast-track program through womply, the Fintech firm that processed my PPP application. I had a few different options when it came to applying for the PPP, and womply seemed like the fastest and most effective option. So I went with them and they had paired me with Fountainhead. But it was only after weeks that I found out I was SBA approved & finally signed my promissory note. But that was over a week ago and there are hundreds if not thousands of people that have still not been funded that have waited longer than I have. And according to the SBA approved applicants should be funded within 10 calendar days, I am approaching that 10th day and they are no closer to finding the than they are the people that have been approved a week or so before me. And all the while, Womply and fountainhead still continue to advertise themselves as providing fast and efficient PPP loan processing, however as soon as I sign my promissory note I have been stuck in a lender funding status for over a week. And there is literally no way to communicate with Fountainhead. None. Calling them is a fruitless effort. No one answers the phone, and additionally, they continue to process more applications while there are hundreds if not thousands of people online stuck in the same status as I am. We are all waiting to be funded and have an SBA approved

Additionally, fountainhead and womply are both now saying it is 23 days to be funded, which is not the case. I have filed the complaint with the SBA and will continue to do so. When I spoke to a representative from the SBA and explained to her that I was now being told that the lender had to fund me within 23 days and she seemed appalled. She instructed me to file a complaint with the Inspector General, with which I plan on doing. Pppp loan guidelines are set forth to incentivize lenders to fund small businesses quickly after being approved. This is definitely not the case with Fountainhead. They are delaying funding hundreds if not thousands of us. And there is a huge problem with that considering many of us, myself included, are on our final legs. There has been literally no communication, no assistance, no compassion or empathy from Fountainhead or womply. No one seems to care and the only thing they care about is getting more people through the door. If you are considering womply, or replying directly to Fountainhead, or if you are assigned Fountainhead as your lender, run, and don't look back.
My small business is done its final weeks. If we don't get funded this week, I will not be able to continue. And it's really a shame because I have work so hard over the last 4 years to establish myself and all of it now we'll go down the drain, and I was so excited a few weeks ago when I was approved, and I was told funding would be within 10 days, fast, and it is anything but that. It's really a shame, and to think that every day there is more and more people going through the same door that I did only to find out that they will be in the same boat as me. Fountainhead must be doing well, at least they are. But I promise this, I will continue to spread the word and how terrible of an experience I have had waiting for them to fund me, and I will continue to inform the SBA and all proper authorities about the delays here. And it is not just me, I am only one of hundreds. Terrible, really terrible..

I can't think this team enough for putting together a joint effort and getting me funded. From end-to-end they worked seamlessly with the SBA to fund me for exactly what I needed for the PPP program. Thanks guys!
