This company pretends to be your booth builder, but they work with subcontractors around the world even though you contract with them and pay them. Our booth was seriously misdelivered, and no one showed up for the dismantling on the last day. They totally let us down. At the end they shifted the blame on their subcontractor and did not make any refund or compensation to us. They caused huge reputational damage to us. Absolutely avoidable to do business with them. I can share evidence upon request.

I got in touch with the team to understand your case and gathered that we provided you our services in October 2023 in the ASHI show, USA, which is almost 6 months ago. I was also informed that there were communication issues with the expectations and therefore a mismatch in the deliverables. The team also tried to offer you some compensation for the same but maybe it was not acceptable to you.
Nevertheless, it is disappointing that you have still not received the resolution and therefore it is my job as an Experience Manager to look into this matter in detail. This was our second time working with Fountain head and it was a great experience . From designing to execution , everything was of great quality and perfect. On-site manager was very helpful and checked if everything was in place. Rishabh did a great job co- ordinating between yamato and the design team and everything was executed as per the timelines.

Definitely a company to work with again
Experience with Fountainhead was excellent. We could understand each other pretty soon, they have been very quick in always getting feedbacks during the preparation and in reworking the stand layout according to our wishes.
During the build-up, their team has been super cooperative, super friendly and super helpful also in helping us out mounting part of the booth we carried last minute. We had some problems with the monitor during the show but one person of the team was always around and ready to help.
Definitely a company I would consider to work with again!

Top contractor for tradeshows
Fountainhead is a top contractor for tradeshows. Communication was fluent and transparent from the beginning. They provided alternatives to every request we had during the design process. As for the construction, our booth was totally ready one day before the show and was exactly as shown in the renders. Everything was of great quality, sturdy, and good looking. They provided on-site assistance as well. Excellent experience from end to end.

We hired them for a show in Rotterdam, and the communication throughout the entire process was excellent, everything was clarified from the start, therefore we arrived at the booth very pleased with the result. We had some requests along the way for design or materials, and all were addressed with their professional advice, which was very helpful. It is always challenging working from a distance, but we had a nice experience with a very professional team. Will definitely work with Fountainhead again!

Excellent stand builder with a good attention to detail.
I can highly recommend Fountainhead BV. We contacted them for a European show as shipping a stand from the UK was proving to be expensive. The stand design was very good; it brought in the corporate colour scheme in a clever way. The attention to detail from the stand builders was excellent. We had many positive comments about the stand during the show. The communications between ourselves and Maya, from Fountainhead, were excellent. One or two minor issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. And finally, they came it at a reasonable price. Very happy with the service we received.
