I have been working with Fountainhead for the last few months to take care of the listing and sales of our product on Amazon. I have been very impressed with their professionalism. They are always prepared ahead of meetings and work fast and efficiently. I have been working with Scott Ptaszynski, who has been extremely patient. Due to delays in licensing it took us a while to to get our product ready. But, Fountainhead made the whole process easy and didn't charge for any delays and allowed us to work at our own pace. Highly recommend them.

We have had a lot of bumps in the road with Amazon, but the persistent efforts made by FME have really helped move us in the right direction.

We've been working with Fountainhead for about a month now and so far we are very happy with the results. They took great care in analyzing our Amazon business and developed a strategy with us to improve our overall account and business. Instead of taking over our account, they gave us educated recommendations, and we were then able to prioritize tasks based on what makes the most sense for our business. We are still in the beginning stages of our ad campaigns and listing content revisions, but I can already tell that they have a well-organized team and we will be receiving the reporting and analytics to support their decisions.

Fountain Head ME didn't give up on us! We had some pretty complicated issues achieving brand registry that required the help of experts. After receiving message after message from Amazon neglecting to solve our problem it felt like we may never achieve our amazon selling dreams. That is when the team at Fountain Head went the extra mile, even working without charging us in the last 2 weeks as a way to apologize for how long the process took. They stand by their word even when its tough!

When searching for consulting firms, sometimes it can be tricky. Not so with FountainheadME -wow, the reviews are spot on. From pre-sales to day-to-day project management the firm delivers. Fountainhead is an eCommerce consultant group and has been very helpful and responsive in assisting our company in establishing our Amazon Footprint. It is great to have a consistent point of contact while navigating the sometimes complex world of eCommerce.

Original review as overly harsh so I decided to leave another one.

What I liked.:
1) They have a data driven approach
- Data driven approach to keyword research
- Data driven copy production
- approach that relatively unique approche
2) They are really nice to talk to
- The interactions were actually quite nice
3) Hourly pricing was transparent
- The hourly fees are clear and up front

What I didn't like.:
a) I feel I got over billed
- I don't feel the time logged was fair
- I felt:
- I would get trapped
- If I started I would have to go all in
- I couldn't predictable total costs
- the provided estimated wasn't realistic and it would creep up
- If the task isn't finished I would get little to no value
b) Failed to follow up
- Requested a price ceiling with an 11% buffer on the provided estimate
- No one got back to me as agreed upon
c) Additional administration charges
- Was charged about 5$ to process my credit card
- I really didn't like paying for credit card process fees

Important note: I contacted them for a product copy, since I didn't feel that I would be in control of the over all cost I asked to add a ceiling to the contact. Since they never got back to me, we never really went through the transaction...

I have to admit I completely blew a gasket when I was going through my accounting and saw I was charged almost 5$ to process my credit card when I payed 160$/hour for the consulting fees... I felt that this was unfair, as it is part of business, and should be covered in the hourly rate.

As a new amazon seller it is important for me to plan my expenses, unfortunately their solution does not allow for planning very much. Although the cost structure was well explained up front, I felt the provided cost estimate was very optimistic and I feared things would get out of hand.

So with a cool head I can say that for 3 stars is based on the following factors:
1- That they did not get back to me
2- I felt time was rounded up, a little too much
3- Getting charged almost 5$ for the privileged of paying them
4- After the initial invoice I feared that I would get trapped, in the contract

FountainheadME solved multiple problems that were holding our brand back for over 6 months. Their team quickly improved our Amazon storefront and solved brand registry, photos, SEO maximization, and guided us the steps to give us a more remarkable storefront. We are excited to continue work with them and grow with their assistance. We have already seen an increase on sales in the first week.
