Excellent water softeners
Product arrived within 48h, works perfectly. Came with all the parts needed to install from scratch although I only needed the filter as there was one installed previously in the kitchen.
Screwed it in and it started working immediately just as I'd hoped for (just make sure you run it for a few minutes first).
Awesome filters, cheers guys!

We are disappointed to receive your feedback. Following your original order, we messaged you and called you to confirm that the item you had ordered was the Harvey Block Salt (brick shape) and not the Harvey Curved Block Salt. You confirmed that you wanted to continue with the order, and have therefore supplied exactly what you ordered.
Good tap but delayed delivery
It took quite a while for the order to be fulfilled. The tap is as I was expecting and has been fitted on our sink.

Great service
We have purchased both consumables and hardware from Fountain Softeners and we have no complaints. Service and communication is very good, as are the prices. We have no problem recommending them and will buy again in the future.

The softener and installation kit worked perfectly, leaving no room for grievances. However, both products, ordered at different times, took longer than expected to arrive.

Great product and awesome service.
I accidentally ordered more than what I needed (two pair of braided hoses instead of one). Got in touch with Fountain Softeners and they happily agreed to refund for half the order if I return the unused hoses back.
The hoses themselves are great, don’t confuse them with low quality stuff that you can buy from the DIY stores.

Excellent product arrived in perfect condition.
My only complaint is with the delivery. The delivery man left the items outside despite us being at home all day. The boxes got wet due to rain all day. Luckily the contents are well packed and are not affected.

No complaints with the softener or installation kit. Delivery a bit slow for both items which were ordered separately and a month or two apart.
