Waste of money

Arrived in good time, though I thought the advertising said it would work for blood oxygen measurement and see that it supposedly does blood pressure, which is quite different. Couldn't link to my phone despite following instructions to the letter. Couldn't find information about how to turn it off. After the second charge it has died. Went to the website to contact customer service and got a 'page doesn't exist'. Fed up. Waste of £25 and I bought this to SAVE MY HUSBAND'S LIFE. No, I don't have the original box. Feeling ripped off at this point.

Great customer service

I bought it as a present for my 10yr old son, he loved it. There were issues with the order, but they were resolved very quickly. Excellent customer service

Great watch for kids

Great watch, but had a few teething issues. The first one we bought did not hold charge very long and I contacted support, FourFit replaced it and now it holds charge very well. My daughter really likes the watch and loves the step counting function.

I wish I'd read the reviews before…

I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing. I placed an order on 14th on November for an adult and child's fitness tracker. On the 15th November I received an email saying it had been despatched. Today the original tracking number still states that Royal Mail are expecting the parcel. I chased the order on 24th November and was told they would despatch them again but due to high demand it would be 7-10 days. 6th December I received a parcel but one of the items was incorrect. They had sent 2 children's trackers. I then had to send photographic proof and was told I had to return the incorrect item in order for them to despatch the correct one. I did this, at my own expense on 8th December and here I am on 19th December with no update and no tracker and subsequently, no Christmas gift!

Bought this for my Son's birthday - AWFUL

Bought this for my Son's birthday, useless so far. Can't connect with my phone randomly works sometimes. Absolutely no user guidance! The small pamphlet that comes with it doesn't even reflect the app. Minimal user guidance online and no clear way to communicate quickly with the company! Disaster so far! All I have is a very disappointed child!

Bought instead of purchasing a more…

Bought instead of purchasing a more expensive Fitbit for my child. Wish I’d have spent the extra money. Unreliable product. Difficult to charge since it doesn’t fit in wall sockets. Used a couple of times now no longer use.

The battery really doesn't hold for…

The battery really doesn't hold for very long. I guess for the price it is ok. When I returned a faulty adult one the process was ok but a bit slow. .

ordered a fourfit watch

ordered a fourfit watch, arrived faulty . returned the watch . have had no future communication for one month. confirmed the watch was returned but all emails for last 2 weeks have been ignored basically they have my money I have no watch or, if one will be provided or refunded very poor if not non existent customer support avoid this company.

Still waiting for delivery and emails ignored.

Still waiting for delivery. Told to report if it was not delivered yesterday so could be investigated. Did that, since then emails and online form ignored.
Daughters birthday tomorrow so looks like she is going to be disappointed.
Delays can happen - accepted.
Not communicating - no acceptable.

This is the worst fitness watch ever!

This is the worst fitness watch ever. First, I ordered this watch as my son's birthday present. 2 weeks after ordering and birthday has now passed, watch still not received. I complained and another watch was sent out with "express" delivery. This still took a couple of days to get to me.

Ok, let me set this watch up and surprise my son when he comes back from school, the watch would not pair with the app. I decided to request for help, still doesn't work. Looking at reviews, this appears to be a pattern and I now realise I have made a mistake patronising this company. NEVER AGAIN.

I will be requesting for a refund immediately.

The problem is with the app

The problem is with the app. It often doesn't sync with the watch so it's basically useless. Sometimes it doesn't even seem to keep the right time.

3-5 days battery? Don't think so...

Errr..3-5 days battery? I bought a Four.fit Mini 2, followed the instructions and at best I get 1 day and a few hours of battery. That's without even wearing or using it. I have attempted to return but so far my return request has not been processed. I suspect that's another 23.99 lost to the great Chinese dustbin. Amazing how the purchase is seamless and done in less than 2 minutes but my return is now 2 days in with only an acknowledgement email...

Save your money and buy something decent.

All good and great customer service

My Eldest daughter (10) has had one for a while. When she remembers to charge it she loves it and it does the job. I've not experienced any of the issues mentioned by some of the other reviews on here. It is an affordable option and it won't compete with some of the garmins and fitbits out there but it is at a completely different price point.

Based on that I ordered another one for my youngest daughter (about to turn 7). I made a mistake on the order and chose the wrong colour. Customer service has been very quick and very helpful. They swapped out the order really quickly and with no fuss

This is a birthday present for my youngest so no feedback so far on that one

My kids wanted something to count steps and give them the time. Not yet at the point where they have phone to hook up to it so not tested that out.

If you want a cheaper activity tracker I would recommend it based on our use so far

Cheaply made and App full of adds!

I purchased mini 2 for my son who turned 9 recently. It's very cheaply made, in fact it looks exactly the same as a £10 one I got from Morrisons. The app is dreadful, it constantly interrupts you with advertisements.

I genuinely wouldn't purchase this again. If I had know what the quality was like I would put a bit more money towards getting a Garmin or a Fitbit.

Save your money.
