Una stella perché nonsi poteva dare di…

Una stella perché nonsi poteva dare di meno.Prodotto arrivato non conforme con quanto ordinato ( doveva essere una pellicola protettiva per iPhone ma è arrivata una custodia di plastica di scarsissimo valore) in tempi non coerenti con quanto promesso.
Ho dovuto scrivere due volte per ricevere due risposte generate da computer prive di contenuti validi.Ho allertato Pay Tal per un pagamento di Euro 24.98 per un prodotto di scarsissima qualità e non conforme con quanto ordinato.Esperienza da dimenticare e da non ripetere.

Ho ordinato due pellicole per il mio…

Ho ordinato due pellicole per il mio telefono ma, dopo un’attesa di tempo lunghissima, è arrivata una custodia in plasticaccia che non si avvicina minimamente a quanto acquistato.
Ho scritto al servizio clienti ma ancora nessuna risposta se non quella automatica.

Aggiornamento:
Ho ricevuto una e-mail dove mi dicono che mi invieranno una nuova (e questa volta corretta) pellicola. Ci aggiorneremo più avanti

Ulteriore aggiornamento.
Si sono mostrasti dispiaciuti per il disguido ed hanno proposto e poi inviato il rimborso.
Sicuramente hanno mostrato una bella professionalità.
