Fourline Design Reviews 

I ordered one item for around 900 US dollar at 26th of June , first the conversation was good. At 28th of July I received a note that my item is ready for shipping. The check of the tracking code tells that the Etikett is ready, but the shipper didn't pick up my order.
Until this time I am waiting for an answer or an update, but nothing happens.
I am really disappointed, this was a very bad user experience!

Update: Item was delivered, but doesn't looks like at the pictures. Sorry that I can't share pictures here.
Very poor quality

I ordered an item from this company lamp for my son.
Unfortunately the item came damage, therefore I asked for a refund.
This refund was accepted by Fourline design support and they informed that the amount would be payed in by the end of the month .
It was not refunded also no response.
Contacted bank hopefully they resolve this.

In result I don't recommend buying from this company.

DON’T touch this company. They are an absolute rip off. I placed an order with them for €415 euros to be delivered to Spain. I had no contact after the the initial email saying that my order had been shipped. I had a tracking number and discovered from the post office here in Spain that the order had cleared customs in Spain on 15th July but still no notification of a delivery date. I informed them that my order had obviously got lost and therefore required a refund. The reply was that I could only have a 50% refund as it was not there problem if the order did not clear customs and that if I wanted it to be re delivered I would have to pay the shipping costs!! Note it had been cleared at customs on the 15th of July!!

I ordered an item from this company last year.

Until now Im waiting for this refund. Several e-mail were sent and the reply pushes the payment for later.
Now they dont even reply.

The item itself was of doubtful chinese quality.

In result I don't recommend buying from this company.

Delivery was quick and item was well packaged. Item bigger than expected - delighted with it. Definitely buy another from this company

Scummy company with hidden fees

As others have written here: although everything is made to look UK-based, it’s a Chinese company. Shipping takes forever & the import fees are brutal. They won’t reward more than a 50% refund if you regret the purchase. Low quality items (you can find the exact same ones on AliExpress, I later noticed). Don’t really have much good to say about this experience.

Edit 18/6: Got an email from Fourline offering 15€ to write a review here. I wrote the review above. Got another email offering 15€ if I changed it. I did not. Since then they have quit answering emails and refused to pay the promised amount. I guess you only get the money if you write them a positive review, which would explain the huge discrepancies between all 1star (legit) & 5star (paid for) ratings on this page.

I have bought 4 items from Fourline Design in the past 6 months, my most favourite one is my first purchase, the Fairy Girl. It's packaging is very good and proper so the item came intact and absolutely brand new. The material, resin, is also good quality. I absolutely would suggest this product.

Delivery comes from China so it takes a little longer to arrive, but when they do (and they do) its worth the wait. Absolutely wonderful pieces and the pictures don't do them justice. The elephants are just my favourite things!

The support and help I received from Fourline. They answer very fast to my questions. The product I ordered arrived very fast and the quality of the Butterfinger Macaron Pots is amazingly beautiful 😍

I bought 4 last year stickers, they are beautiful I like them so much, I added them to my collection. Thanks, see you soon

DO NOT BUY!

I ordered a Xmas gift in October , it was delivered in march with enormous custom fee ( although they are a eu website they deliver from China ). I returned the item and They never gave me back the Monday . I lost 50 euro . I was promised the money so many times and then eventually they stopped answering me . I never had such a bad experience buying online .

Bought a vase in november 2022.
I cancelled the order within 24 hours. I was told the item was already send, and my only option was to refuse to receive it, so it returns, and they would refund it.
Fine, it did refuse to recieve, but heard nothing.
I had to to make contact, where they told me, I now only would get a 50% refound, or I would have to pay for the reshipping cost. The was the 14. feb. 2023.
I have replied twice know, but heard nothing back.

PS: I can see they sell a 'Devlin Chandelier', this seems like a knockoff of the original 'Louis Poulsen PH-5'

I had to pay almost the same amount in customs fee than the actual (already expensive) figurine, which wasn’t stated on the site. Sent multiple mails, but didn’t get a reply.

The perfect goods for decoration and fast delivery service.

This company have had a substantial amount of money from me and 43 days later I have no goods, I have asked repeatedly for a refund and every time they respond please wait a few more days. This company didn’t tell me goods came from China, they told me three weeks ago that the goods had arrived in UK, now today tell me they arrived on the 18th December, they lie. I want a refund today

Item received was broken.
Asked for replacement.
Promised from customer service.
Shipment for replacement never done

SCAMMERS
Ordered from them and one of the wings arrived damaged, they promised me a replacement months ago and stopped replying to my emails. No refund & no replacement These people stole money from me over 500 euros, shame on you!!!

2 gift items ordered from this site. The first arrived quickly, and was shipped from the Netherlands. I accidentally broke the first one, so ordered a replacement. As it wasn't in stock, it shipped from China, so delivery took weeks.

I used a parcel tracker app to track the shipment, and the app told me the shipper was Ali Express. Sure enough, when I checked the Ali Express site, my item was for sale with the same photos used on fourline.design! The only difference was the price: half what I paid and inclusive of taxes.

When my parcel finally arrived, I received a notice that import charges and VAT were due. I checked the receipt, and they'd paid no tax whatsoever. When I contacted customer service, they offered to pay half the import tax.

As I refused to pay the import charges, the parcel was automatically returned to China, and as per the company's own terms and conditions, I was entitled to a full refund. This is where the fun really started. At first they appeared to be helpful, but I had to wait the 2 weeks for shipment return. Then I was told the "person responsible for refunds" had been contacted to process the refund. When that didn't happen, I contacted them again, I was told the company had financial difficulties, and there would be a delay.

When I realised they weren't going to issue my refund, and stopped answering my emails I contacted my card issuer and asked for a chargeback. It took 45 days for Mastercard to investigate, but fourline ignored the dispute so I won by default.

My advice to anyone using this website:
If you want any of their products, search Ali Express, I'm sure you'll find it for much less.
If you're waiting for them to refund you, you're probably in for a disappointment. Just make sure you keep a record of all correspondence, then call your card issuer and ask for a chargeback. It will take a while, but you should get reimbursed eventually.
Avoid doing business with this crowd at all costs!

My niece ordered me a figurine for Christmas that arrived broken three times, even being told by the company to glue it!
I then paid an extra £50 to order a different product that may withstand the transit, that was in January.
Despite backward and forward emails, being ignored and their promise on their website of a 30 day money back guarantee, I have no figurine and no refund.
DO NOT use this company, terrible customer services and liars.
I am so upset that I have been scammed.
