I ordered a set of Red and Green Jimmy and they arrived sooner than expected. The items are indeed how they look in the pictures and for the price of them, I am pleased. They are not perfect and that only indicate parts of it are hand-fabricated. What really impresses me most is the response and support rendered by the support team. They are ever so prompt, humble, and accommodating. I am already starting to look at getting the next item from them!

The pictures of the figurines caught my attention while I was browsing through the Instagram ads. And they were on sale too, after reading some reviews, I decided to give it a try, and bought two sets. My order came in three weeks after I placed my order, which is sooner than I expected. I live in Western Canada btw. Even though somehow my order was mailed separately by two different carriers, but they both arrived just one day apart. And they all came in perfectly, and two of the figurines were even nicely packed in the fourline design boxes. Most importantly, the figurines are all perfectly shaped. And look just like how they were shown in the pictures on their website. They bring smile to me each time I pass by them in my house. Would recommend them to my friends, especially when they are on sale. :)

I purchased the kitty vase as a present, and it arrived damaged. I was very disappointed. However, the Fourline team was kind enough to send a replacement vase in a timely manner and they were very helpful and understanding. It's a beautiful vase and great customer service.

I am really angry!!!! It’s a fake Chinese shop, not British!!! I expected delivery from the UK but the item was actually sent from China and got stuck in costums in China. Since 11 of June they did send it! Today is 8 of July !!!! I ask to make a refund, but costumer service of Fourline pretend like they don’t hear me and don’t understand my letters!! ! I ask to give my money back many times !! My order 14409!! You are not a shop you are criminals from China!!! GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!!!

I somehow happened to come across Four line Design. I was skeptical of placing the order initially, but the beautiful items tempted me to do so :) I was very happy when I received the items in time. The packaging was perfect and the box was marked as Fragile on the packaging. The items were exactly as shown in the website.

I am deeply disappointed. Ordering from Germany I expected delivery from the UK but the item was actually sent from China and got stuck in costums in Frankfurt. DHL didnt pick up from costums and the item was sent back to China. The costumer service of Fourline is absolutely stubborn about my request for refund, referring to their refund rules and not seeing that its their fault to have a bad logistic. This whole experience lasts for more than two months now! I am frustrated and never gonna order anything.

Although the item was delivered a bit late, the items are absolutely beautiful and worth it. It truly adds an additional artistic design.
I highly recommend their products and have many friends who notice those pieces as soon as they enter my place.

By coincedence i came across the products of Fourline design. I really like the style and so i ordered the Angel Wings. Most of the time the product does not compare to the Photoshopped pictures on the website but this was an exception. Perfect product, WYSIWYG, very well protected for transport so my customer satisfaction gets a 10!!!!
