I would like to underline the efficiency of the Customer Service department.
I experienced a late delivery (but it was between Black Friday and Xmas) but after just one mail I have been updated about the shipment's track and reassured.

I love my item, my sculpture is exactly as discribed, well made & good quality, it took time to arrive but we'll worth the wait

Really lovely unique items. Took approx 2 weeks to arrive, delivered by Royal Mail. Very well packaged & no damage.

I ❤️ these figure so much that I’ve ordered all three! They arrived packed with care. It may take awhile for your figurine to show up. Be patient! It’s worth the wait. After all, these are coming all the way from China during a global pandemic. If you are worried, reach out via Facebook messenger. They have good customer service that responds very quickly.

The Coco Girls are beautiful and love their Art Deco vibe but with a contemporary twist. Delivery was a little delayed but that was more to do with Royal Mail and they were packaged very well and arrived undamaged. I'm really pleased and can't wait to display them! Ordered more things from Fourline too.

Although you have to wait a while for goods due to them being from another country, it is worth the wait. Lovely, unusual items not found on the high st. Will definitely buy from here again

Terrible!! Made my order on 30th November in time for Christmas gift for my Dad. Only receiving it after two odd months (I’m aware of COVID delays) and regrettably they sent me a thumb size mug???? If I could I could sent it back!!! Very Unfortunate.

Excellent! Love my statues! So pretty! I’ll be ordering more! So well presented and packaged, even the delivery service couldn’t damage my beauties!! The boxes arrived in a VERY battered state, I didn’t hold out much hope, but there was no damage whatsoever!! Very Happy!

I got the lovely Summer Girl. The quality is brilliant. I must admit I am so pleasantly surprised at how wonderful it is. I can only highly recommend Fourline Design on the basis of this product and tracking online service.

Have ordered so much from here fabulous products and great customer service yes you have to wait a month or so but very much worth it as usual I am very happy with my latest delivery

My order was delivered within 4 weeks, I knew it would take time when I ordered it so this was not a problem

I absolutely love the figurine I ordered. She was even more beautiful in person. I am over the moon with my purchase. Shipping was a little long, but it’s being shipped internationally during Covid, so I understand the delays.

I wish I did not have to give this website 1 star at all... 4 months on waiting for an order to arrive still nothing?? Emailed them every month for them to say ohhh it is at the airlines, ohh shipping is slow due to covid, ohh shipping is slow due to Christmas.. excuses excuses..they offered me $10 and still have not received that either.. its been 4 months and now they state it must have got lost in the mail and they will resend?? It took 4 months for you to figure that out?? Most likely, it will probably be another 2 months or I will never receive what I paid for :(((

I've wanted to treat myself to a vase for a while now & when it arrived it was even better in real life! It was packaged really well too. I love it thanks & can't wait to put it in my new home! Would highly recommend.

My figurine was certainly worth the wait! It's more beautiful in the flesh than I could have imagined - a real showstopper! I'll be buying a second for sure. Wonderful customer service and communication from Team Fourline!

I looooooove the Coco Girls set that I ordered. They have a very cool anime/comic book vibe. My inner geek is thrilled with them! Also very good customer service, very helpful and friendly people.
