I was dreading re-mortgaging, especially as the interest rates were so high and so I decided to use a mortgage advisor. Jo immediately put me at ease with her friendly approach and was able to translate the mortgage gobbledegook into words i could understand. She practically held my hand through the whole process and went over and above to make the process as simple and seamless as possible. She basically took the scary out of mortgages!!!
