Ordering and delivery was very easy and very polite and professional service. My order came first class, however the colour was not as described, called company and resent order first class and arrived as agreed. Unfortunately the colour was not how it looked on the website. I was still able to use the ribbon and looked ok. I would re order but would check colour first.

There was initially a colour code error with your first order and glad we were able to resolve your issue straight away (Within 24hrs)
The replacement ribbon was the correct colour you chose, however, It is worth reiterating that computer monitors can show colours differently from model to model. If you contact customer services, we will gladly send you free samples of the range of colours that are of interest just to make sure you are happy with any potential selections.
