I placed an order for 4 products. 3 of the products they sent were correct, 1 was wrong. I reached out and they responded quickly. They offered me to keep the wrong item and said they'd send out the correct item soon. I had a new tracking number within a couple days, and within a week I had received the package. They sent the wrong product AGAIN, only this time they put a stick over the label to make it look like the correct item. They failed to realize I could still see the ingredients, and that's how I knew they sent the wrong item, but tried to scam me by putting a different label on it. Please double check your products from them. The Hapé type should be printed on the tube, but if it's a sticker, check under the sticker and make sure the ingredients are what you wanted. The kind I purchased costs more than the kind they sent me, and it has very different effects/purpose.

I have obly had Hape one time. It was from this website. A nice effect if used properly. I think the product could be cheaper but i have nothing to base that claim upon.

This company used to be great but seem to have changed ownership or management. Two orders in last few months and nothing but problems. They sent the wrong products on one and the second, they sent me a UPS parcel number but a week later, I found out they never delivered package to UPS. They charged my credit card without sending the product and now haven't credited me back after I asked yesterday to do so. This is not an ethical company.
